HOW TO USE?

blue m recommends the BASS brushing method, brush teeth at least two times every day, each time no less than two minutes. Follow the right brushing steps and make sure to always be very careful when taking care of the hard and soft tissues in your mouth.

  1. Put the brush head into the output axle carefully. Leave a space between the handle and the main body, which is necessary for the vibration of the brush head.
  2. To effectively clean your teeth, use blue m ® toothpaste. It is relatively liquid and makes your toothbrush more effective in removing plaque Be careful: toothpaste can splash. First put the toothbrush into your mouth, before starting.
  3. Select the right brushing mode. Press once to clean (standard mode), press twice to massage and press three times for whitening. Place the brush head in a 45 degree angle and move the brush slowly, use minimal pressure, from teeth to teeth.
  4. Do not scrub like a manual toothbrush, but allow our sonic+ toothbrush to do the work for you. Gently move the brush from teeth to teeth. Go slightly back and forth so the longer bristles reach between your teeth. Work from quadrant to quadrant, the timer will remind you to switch to each of the 4 sections in your mouth.

Note: We strongly recommend to use the massage mode after cleaning and extend your oral care ritual with an extra minute. Press the button twice and gently indulge your gums after cleaning. Carefully, with minimal pressure, place the brush on your gums, move from one side to the other and gently stimulate your gums. The zone reminder wil give a signal to switch from upper to lower jaw or vice versa.
