Is watering plants a challenge because watering intervals vary from one plant
to another? No, this is simply a common misconception. There is a range of
available water capacity shared by all plants. Root rot and withering of any

world’s first aquameter for home use that can monitor soil moisture based on
pF values. It is also well-qualified checking device used by commercial plant
growers. Available water capacity’ corresponds to the pF value range of about
1.7 – 23.
**The ‘pF value’ indicates the strength of a plant to suck up water from the
soil. 
Sustee gradually becomes whitish starting from about pF 2.0, the median value of the available water capacity and turns completely white at about pF 2.3. It is not a good idea to water a plant after it has begun to wilt, which can only add to the damage already done.A plant needs to be watered (cared for within the available water capacity) before it starts to wilt. However, it’s not easy to visually check the soil moisture available for a plant, as they say in Japan that it takes three, five or even ten years to learn to water plants properly. Sustee can make things easy for you. It’ll indicate the optimum timing for watering a plant with color change, based on the science of watering. Your plants are sure to thrive with Sustee.
How to use Sustee Aquameter

Set
Insert Sustee into the soil at the base of a potted plant. up to the’!’ marking. -
Water
It will change color from white to blue within 20 to 30 minutes after watering. -
Monitor
Blue ► enough water in soil White ► in need of watering
