Visit our website to extend your battery’s warranty from 24 months to a full 36 months www.e-bike-vision.de. Under Service -> Warranty extension to 36 months, simply fill out the application and send it signed to us. After receipt of the service fee of 49.70 € on our account, we will send you your warranty extension certificate immediately by email!
Warranty conditions for EBV E-Bike Battery InFrame, compatible with Active/Performance 461 Wh, hereinafter referred to as product
For the product, Akku Vision GmbH, Industriestraße-West 6, 63808 Haibach, takes over the following “Accumulator Vision” called, in addition to the statutory warranty, a 24-month guarantee. If a Akku Vision product proves to be defective in its functionality during the warranty period, According to these guarantee conditions, Akku Vision will, at its own discretion, decide for commercial use reseller free repair of the product or free replacement delivery of a corresponding one or a similar Akku Vision product.
The guarantee declaration assumes that the commercial buyer has given this guarantee declaration to Akku Vision accept in writing. This is done a) by filling out the complaint form within 24 months Date of purchase on the Akku Vision homepage, available at www.e-bike-vision.de, and b) by presenting the original proof of purchase for the purchase of the Akku Vision products covered by the guarantee and c). Submission of the Akku Vision product, the description of the error, and proof that the defect is in the functionality has occurred within the warranty period. This proof can be provided in particular by the presentation of the proof of purchase. If the warranty extension to 36 months is concluded, the submission is also required. of Warranty extension certificate mandatory!
Excluded from the 24 and/or 36-month guarantee are
- Malfunctions caused by improper operation, e.g. overheating, incorrect connection, short circuit or reverse polarity, immersion in water, cleaning with high-pressure or steam cleaners, deep discharge, reverse polarity or dropping
- Use of accessories not approved by Akku Vision GmbH
- Accidental or intentional damage (drop, water, etc.)
- Defects due to normal wear and tear
- Operation outside of the technical specifications
- Damage that does not occur directly on the device for which we assume the guarantee.
- Changes/repairs / conversions/installations or upgrades that were not carried out by the Akku Vision GmbH service center -> use our service for repairs only.
- Lubricate the contacts with contact spray or something similar
- Optical damage that does not constitute functional damage or that cannot be remedied by cleaning
- Charges for rental batteries
Removing the battery performance label will void the warranty.

Common safety notes for EBV E-Bike Battery
Please read this manual carefully! Please consider the safety notes!
- Batteries are no toys. Keep them away from children!
- Only use the battery under observance of battery, charger and also (S-) Pedelec’s manual.
- Only use the battery when it’s unharmed.
- Don’t disassemble, open or break up the battery.
- Neither heat or cool the battery too extremely. Don’t throw the battery in open fire.
- Don’t submerge battery in any liquid. Never use a pressure washer!
- Don’t short-circuit the battery. Do not disassemble safety installations, do a bypass and do not obviate them.
- Only charge under supervision!
- Look to it that circulation of air is guaranteed.
- Keep away any metallic items from the charge- and discharge connectors.
Disposal
Do not dispose lithium batteries in the residual waste! Dispose of defective or used batteries at the points of sale of batteries or at municipal hazardous waste collection points. Return the batteries in discharged condition. Also, ensure short-circuit protection by masking the contacts. With the professional disposal of your battery you make an important contribution to the protection of our environment.
