Battery Case Power Indicators
Earbud Charging:4 White LED lights on and then off in 10 seconds.

Operation Steps

1. Take the earphones out of the box, both earphones will auto power and flash blue light at first, two earphones will pair together automatically and then turn to pair mode.

2. Enable your phone’s Bluetooth function, search the name “RD02” and click it, follow the L/R mark on the earphone, and put them in your ears, now you can enjoy TRUE WIRELESS STEREO MUSIC(TWS).
   The correct wearing method: Please place the earbuds in the ear and gently rotate 45°, and find a suitable place for your cochlear.

3. Pick up one of the earphones, and you can play music normally. When one earphone is working, you can pick up the other earphone at any time, then the two will be automatically paired. Take off one of the headphones at will, it will not affect the other earphone.

Power On & Off

1. Auto Power On/Off: Two earphones will power on automatically once you take them out from the charging box. And will auto power off when you put it back.
2. Manually Power On: Long press the MF button of two earphones together to power on two earphones manually.
3. Manually Power Off: Long press the MF button of one earphone for 3 seconds, both the two earphones will flash a blue light then power off.

Notes: When there is no Bluetooth connection after 3 mins, or the battery is too low, the earphone will power off automatically.

Audio Mode

Music Mode

1. Single press any earphone button to control play/pause the music.
2. Double press the R/L earphone to play the next/prey song.
3. Quick triple press the R/L earphone to control volume up/down.

Call Mode

1. When coming to a phone call, please press any earphone button to pick it up, and press the button again to hang up.
2. If you don’t wanna answer the call, double press the button to reject a call.
3. (For Apple Only] Long press the MF button to wake up Siri

Charging

RD02 supports a more efficient Type-C charging way.
And also, it supports wireless charging, you can enjoy the convenience of wireless charging and free charging devices provided by airports, hotels, and cafe shops around the world.
During charging, the white LED eyes will breathe. After charging is finished, the LED will goes off.

More Tips

• Memory Function: RD02 will automatically search the lasted paired device and try to re-link it when you turn it on again.

• In case the device’s pairing fails, delete the paired history from your phone. power off the earphone and turn them on again, then search to pair again.

• You can reset them to factory mode through the below method if needed. If necessary, you can restore the factory settings of the earbuds by the following steps:
  1. Take the two earphones out of the charging box at the same time and long press to turn them off.
  2. After switching off, please press the two earphones simultaneously for about 8 seconds. After the two earphones are switched on, please switch them off again.
  3. Finally, if you long-press the two earphones again, the two earphones will be reset to factory settings and coupled with each other.
  4. Please put the earphones back in the charging box. Then next time you take them out, they will be connected like usual.

• It is recommended to keep the headphones in charging status when you don’t use them according to your usage habits.

• We will attach three pairs of ear caps of different sizes. In order to ensure the comfort of your wearing, we have chosen a softer and breathable high-quality material. Please choose the appropriate ear cap to wear according to your individual needs.

Bluetooth Connection Guide

We have noticed that the feedback on the Bluetooth connection is the key issue. After our long-term experimentation, we got some reasons and solutions for those most common problems:

1. Strong frequency band interference. The frequency bands including Wifi and Bluetooth and most remote control or communication products are in the 2.4G frequency band. When there are too many such devices working around you, it will cause strong interference to the Bluetooth signal of the headphones, (eg multi-person gym, restaurant, etc.) Solution: Keep them as far away as possible from sources of interference or wait for them to stop working.
   If you need to use headphones frequently where there are a lot of 2.4G devices, it is recommended to use wired headphones.

2. Too many Bluetooth matching histories Solution: Please manually delete unnecessary excessive Bluetooth match history on your phone.

3. The earbud’s battery is too low. Solution: Please charge in time.
