Emergency Pendant / Wrist Transmitter (WTRZ Series)

The Wrist Transmitter/Emergency Pendant is designed to be worn by seniors as
they move on the premises. In an emergency, help is merely a button press
away. The Wrist Transmitter/Emergency Pendant is a two-way radio signal
transmission device. When it is triggered but does not receive an
acknowledgment from the Control Panel, the Wrist Transmitter/Emergency Pendant
will resend the signal to ensure the panel successfully receives a
notification.
- Active Button
- Pressing the Active Button for more than 1 second will activate the Control Panel, causing it to dial an emergency call or alarm
- Press and hold the Active Button for 8 seconds to send a Cancel Code to the Control Panel. (This function is not compatible with every control panel).
- Before learning the Transmitter to the Control Panel, press and hold the button for 15 sec (until the LED flashes 3 times) to activate the Auto Low Battery Detection. WTRZ will automatically check battery voltage every 20-24 hours.
Learn in the Transmitter
Step 1. Put the Control Panel into the learning mode.
Step 2. Press the button on the Transmitter, a radio signal will be
transmitted to the Control Panel.
Step 3. When the Transmitter receives an acknowledgment from the panel, the
LED will flash twice rapidly.
Step 4. Please refer to the operation manual of your Control Panel to complete
the learning process.

Battery Life
The Transmitter uses one CR2032 3V Lithium battery as its power source.
< NOTE>
A 30-second interval is required between each Active Button press to check the battery voltage again. -
Switching Between Wrist Band/Neck Cord

If you wish to use a Wrist Transmitter, please put the Transmitter into the Rubber Cover and thread the wrist band through the Rubber Cover.

If you wish to switch the Transmitter to Pendant please follow the steps:
Step 1. Take off the Wrist Band on the Rubber cover.
Step 2. Remove the Transmitter from the Rubber cover. Step 3. Thread Neck cord through the hook.

Auto Low Battery Detection
The Wrist Transmitter features Auto Low Battery detection function. -
Press and hold the Active Button for 15 seconds to activate this function (ignoring the 1st and 2n° set of LED flashes at the 1st and the 8th seconds). The LED will flash three times to confirm.

After activation, the Wrist Transmitter will automatically check battery voltage every 20-24 hours. If a low battery is detected 3 times successively, the Wrist Transmitter will enter low battery status and transmit a low battery signal every 12 hours.
< NOTE>
If Auto Low Battery detection is not activated, the Wrist Transmitter will not automatically check battery status. You need to check the battery status by manually pressing the Active Button.
Once Auto Low Battery Detection is activated, it cannot be deactivated later in any circumstances.

uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with
a minimum distance of 0.5 centimeters between the radiator and your body.
This transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any

The antennas used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a
separation distance of at least 0.5 cm from all persons and must not be co-
located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.

accept any interference received, including interference that may cause
undesired operation.
