Troubleshooting

AiRadio does not turn on.
- Check the supplied adaptor is properly plugged into the wall socket.
- Press the Power/Mode button slowly.

Getting Start
- Download the Amazon app and sign in or create a free account.
- Download the Voiz AiRadio app.
- Plug AiRadio into a wall socket and press power button.
- Follow setup instruction in Voiz AiRadio app
Bluetooth Mode
- When in WiFi mode,
- Press Power/Mode Button.
- LED ring light changes to blue and flashes.
- Enable Bluetooth on your device and select [Voiz AiRadio] to start pairing and connection.
Aux-in Mode
- When in Bluetooth mode,
- Press Power/Mode Button.
- LED ring light changes to green.
- Plug the audio source device into Aux-in with stereo 3.5mm plug.
Back to WIFi Mode
- When in Aux-in mode,
- Press Power/Mode Button.
Streaming Services
Open the Voiz AiRadio app and select from the listed services and follow the instructions. For more information, go to: http://www.voiz.link/support
Multi-room streaming
GO to the”Device List” page in the Voiz AiRadio app, follow the instruction to
switch between multi-room mode and solo mode.
Downloading the Voiz AiRadio App
Download the free app “Voiz AiRadio” from the App Store (iOS devices) or
Google Play (Android devices).
Requirements:
- A WIFi router supporting the 2.4 GHz and 802.11b/g bands (5 GHz band is not supported).
- A smartphone or tablet is connected to a WiFi network.
- A smartphone or tablet compatible with ioS 9.0 or above, or Android 6.0 or above.
Connecting to Power Adapter
Plug the supplied power adaptor into AiRadio and into a wall outlet.
Setting Up
Open the Voiz AiRadio app and tap [Add Device] for WiFi setup.
Follow the instruction in the app to finish WiFi setup.
