Product Usage Instructions

Spot Cleaning

To spot clean affected areas:

  1. Spot spray the affected areas with the WOCA Oil Residential Maintenance product.
  2. Wipe the sprayed areas with a dry cloth or mop.

Bi-weekly Cleaning with WOCA Natural Soap
To clean the wood surface bi-weekly:

  1. Sweep or vacuum the area regularly to remove loose dirt and debris.
  2. Damp mop the area using WOCA Natural Soap or the WOCA Spray Mop.
  3. If using a mop and bucket, dilute 3 oz of WOCA Natural Soap per gallon of water.

Quarterly Cleaning with WOCA Oil Refreshing Soap

To provide effective cleaning and rejuvenation to your wood surface every 3-4 months:

  1. Damp mop the area using WOCA Oil Refreshing Soap or the WOCA Spray Mop.
  2. If using a mop and bucket, dilute the following amounts of WOCA Oil Refreshing Soap per gallon of water:
    • For site-finished oiled floors and oxidative oiled floors: dilute 6 oz of soap.
    • For UV-oiled floors and hardwax-oiled floors: dilute 3 oz of soap.

Maintenance Every 2-8 Years
Based on lifestyle, traffic, and care, perform maintenance every 2-8 years:

  1. Prep the wood surface by using WOCA Intensive Wood Cleaner.
  2. Apply either WOCA Maintenance Oil Diamond Active (matte sheen) or WOCA Maintenance Gel (satin sheen) manually or with a machine.
  3. Allow a curing time of 2-3 days.

If the floor is factory-finished, always comply with the manufacturer’s care and maintenance instructions.

WOCA Oil Residential Maintenance Schedule

  1. Daily Maintenance (if necessary) – WOCA Natural Soap Spray Bottle Spot Spray any affected areas and wipe with dry cloth/mop.

  2. Bi-weekly (Every 2 weeks) WOCA Natural Soap Sweep or vacuum area regularly. Damp mop using WOCA Natural Soap. Or use the WOCA Spray Mop.

  3. For damp mopping with a mop and bucket, dilute 3 oz/gallon of water.

  4. Quarterly (3-4 times a year) WOCA Oil Refreshing Soap (formerly named Oil Refresher),
    Oil Refreshing Soap works in conjunction with WOCA Natural Soap to provide both effective cleaning and rejuvenation to your wood surface. Its unique formula penetrates the wood, reinforcing the existing oil finish and leaving it refreshed and revitalized.
    Damp mop using WOCA Oil Refreshing Soap. Or use the WOCA Spray Mop.

  5. For damp mopping with a mop and bucket, site finished oiled floors and oxidative oiled floors: dilute 6 oz/gallon of water.

  6. For damp mopping with a mop and bucket, UV-oiled floors, and hardwax-oiled floors: dilute 3 oz/gallon of water.
