Prerequisites

It is required to install WithBecon APP to connect the WithBecon scanner and Mobile device.

How to use

1. Please turn on/off the power by pressing the power button A for 3 seconds.
   1. Power On mode| 1. LED blinking 3 times per 1 second
   ---|---
   Power Off mode| LED blinking 3 times per 1 second
2. While power turns on, the LED B blinks rapidly. If the status changes to pairing standby mode, the LED B blinks slowly every 1 second.
   Pairing standby mode| LED blinking 1 time per 1 second
   ---|---
   Paired mode| LED steady on
3. Please connect Bluetooth via WithBecon APP
4. Please connect to Wi-Fi via WithBecon APP
5. Please analyze via WithBecon APP
6. Please Mount the body part on Cradle C to sterilize and disinfect.
7. In case of a low battery, the red LED D on the left side will blink.
8. During charging red LED D will be on and when charging is complete, green LEDO will be on.

Management and Precautions

1. Please be careful not to the device in direct contact with water.
   – There is a high risk of malfunction if water contacts with camera and sensors

2. Please wipe the camera and sensor areas with a microfiber lens cleaner.

3. Please be careful not to let foreign matter enter the holes in the camera and sensor areas.

4. Please do not apply strong impact, throw, or shake.

5. Please do not disassemble, modify or repair the device yourself.

6. Please keep the device away from infants and children.

7. If the device becomes abnormally hot or deformed while charging, stop charging and contact customer service.

8. If there is an abnormal operation, press the power button for 3 seconds to restart.

9. If there is an abnormal operation even, in this case, 8, press the power button and the measurement button for 7 seconds to reset the device and restart.

10. Please only use the genuine charging cable that WithBecon provides.

11. Please do not operate it when it is charging

Customer Services

Your device is covered by WithBecon’s warranty for one year from the date of purchase. However, in the following cases, it is paid for even within the free period.

1. In case of malfunction due to the water, beverages, or other foreign substances enter into the device
2. In case of malfunction due to impact on the device
3. In case of malfunction due to incorrect use of operating a voltage or a charging cable
4. If the product is damaged by disassembling
5. In case of malfunction due to a natural disaster
6. In case of malfunction due to not following the management method and precautions in the manual
7. In case of failure due to the customer’s other negligence

However, you can receive free A/S if you prove that it is not a consumer’s negligence or it meets A/S criteria.
