• Do not use near the heart, above the neck, on the head, in the mouth, on the pubic area or on areas with skin disorders, and do not massage the soles of both feet at the same time. Also, do not apply pressure to the internal organs when using the device. Otherwise, accidents or discomfort may occur.
• Do not use with other medical devices or more than 2 units of this product as this may cause nausea or discomfort.
• Do not use for purposes other than a massage as described in the instructions, as this may result in accidents and malfunctions.
• Do not use electrodes with chipped or damaged surfaces as this may cause accidents and malfunctions.
• Do not disassemble, repair or modify this product without permission as this.

• If you feel unwell due to abnormal operation of the product, stop using it immediately,
• If you experience any unusual sensations on your body or skin when using this product, consult a doctor and follow medical advice.
• If you wish to move the electrodes or other people during the massage, be sure to disconnect the power before moving them, otherwise, you may receive a strong electric shock.
• Please do not wear electronic devices for massage. Otherwise, the electronic device may be operated incorrectly (e.g. disruption of the electronic watch time).
• If the product does not work, please cut off the power immediately and take it off, otherwise high temperatures or short circuits may occur and accidents may occur. Also, contact customer service for after-sales advice.
• Do not plug or unplug the USB charging cable with wet hands, as this may cause electric shock or accidents.
• Do not use on children or unconscious persons as this may cause accidents or physical discomfort.
• Do not use in areas with high humidity such as bathrooms, or while showering, as you may receive a strong electric shock and damage the product.
• Do not use while sleeping as this may cause the body to malfunction and the electrodes may be moved to other areas and cause discomfort.
• Do not use when driving a car as this may cause discomfort due to, excessive irritation and lead to accidents.
• Do not leave the electrodes on the affected area for long periods of time as this may cause dermatitis. During the massage, do not allow the metal parts of belts, necklaces etc. to come into contact with the electrodes as this may cause strong electric shocks.
• Do not use for a long time (more than 30 minutes) on the same area, as this may cause muscle fatigue and discomfort.
• Please wear this product correctly, for the cervical area, symmetrically on the left and right, otherwise, accidents may occur or discomfort may be caused.
• When unplugging the USB charging cable from the body, do not pull the cable, but hold the cable by the plug and pull it out, as this may result in electric shock or damage to the product.
• The electrodes have a surface heating function, so care must be taken when using the product if you are not sensitive to heat.
• It is normal for the surface of the product to become hot when working for a long time.

Wearing style

Charging instructions

1. When the red light of the main unit flashes, accompanied by the voice prompt “low battery”, the main unit is low on battery, please charge it in time. When charging, use the USB charging cable to connect to a power adapter (5V 1A/2A) that meets the standard for home appliances or connect to the USB port of your computer for charging. The red indicator light is always on when the main unit is charging normally, and the white indicator light is always on when it is full.
2. The display of the remote control shows the battery level, when the battery level is too low, please charge it in time. When charging, first put the remote control back to the designated position of the main unit, then connect the USB charging cable at the end of the main unit to charge the remote control, the display shows the charging interface when the remote control is charging normally, and the fully charged interface when it is fully charged.
3. The product takes about 4 hours to fully charge. A full charge will last approximately 3 hours.

Instructions for use

1. Before use, first, moisten the skin of the neck with a wet towel, then wear the product on the neck, so that the electrode piece is close to the skin of the neck, adjust the position of the product, open the host and adjust the appropriate massage intensity and mode through the remote control.] Massage strength adjustment strength is gradual, it is recommended that the strength adjustment first experience the current gear for 10 to 20 seconds, if the current strength is not suitable for adjustment again.

2. Press and hold the button on the main unit for 1.5 seconds, and the main unit will turn on (accompanied by the voice prompt: “Welcome to use”, the default mode is “Vitality”), the white light is always on and the power will be] detected, if the power is normal, the white light will stay on. Press and hold the main unit button for 1 second after switching on or press and hold the remote control “switch/mode button”, accompanied by the voice prompt: “Goodbye”, the product is switched off.

3. When the main unit is switched on, the default mode is Vitality Mode, with a strength level of 0. 6. When the main unit is switched on, the default is to turn off the hot compress. After switching on the unit, press the remote control “hotm compress key” briefly, four hot compress levels (“no hot compress” (“hot compress 1”, “hot compress 2 “, “Hot compress 3”) can be cyclically switched with corresponding voice prompts. Starting with the heat off, the] user can select the appropriate heat application level.

7. Automatic switch-off function. After the main unit has been switched on, it will automatically switch off after 15 minutes of no key action in any mode, accompanied by the voice prompt: “Goodbye”.

8. The remote control will automatically rest the screen after 8 seconds of inactivity.

Warm Tips

• The product will automatically switch off after 15 minutes of operation on and it is recommended to use it twice a day.
• This product should be stored in a ventilated and dry place after use.
• Do not use the product with other heavy objects on top of it.

Daily Maintenance

• When cleaning and maintaining the product, please switch off the main unit and use a wet paper towel to clean the electrode piece. When it is particularly dirty, a little medical alcohol (alcohol concentration 75%) can be used for wiping and disinfection.
• For daily maintenance, wipe with a neutral detergent and a soft cloth, do not use corrosive cleaning agents, do not soak or rinse in water, and do not rinse.
• Water or other liquids should be prevented from entering the body during cleaning to avoid the risk of short circuit and electric shock when using the machine.

Troubleshooting

1. This card is only valid in Mainland China (not valid in Taiwan, Macau, and Hong Kong)
2. LOBOOR products are purchased by consumers for domestic use. The entire unit is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase under normal use.
3. If a fault occurs under normal use during the warranty period and requires free repair, please return to the factory with this card and the invoice.
4. The warranty is not free of charge, but repairs can be carried out for a fee in one of the following cases:

• Damage caused by improper use, maintenance or storage by the consumer;
• Damage caused by dismantling by a person who does not undertake “three guarantees” repair;
• Without a three guarantees certificate and a valid invoice;
• The model number of the three guarantees certificate does not correspon to the model number of the repaired product or is altered;
• Damage caused by force majeure.
