Wristbands
There are two sizes of wristbands included with Moonbeam One. The larger size
has the Moonbeam One module already fitted inside. The Moonbeam One is very
lightweight and has been designed to be worn in a ‘charity band’ style, which
means you may choose a snug fit or a looser fit. After choosing which size of
the band is preferred, simply stretch the band to fit over the wrist. To swap
the module over to the smaller band, or to remove the module for charging,
simply stretch the silicone band to allow the module to be removed. To ensure
the correct orientation of the module in the wristband, the opening at the
back of the wristband shows which direction the `USB end’ of the module should
be positioned.
Cleaning: To clean the wristband, remove the module and wash the strap
with soap and water.
To begin – please charge your Moodbeam One
Your Moodbeam One must be charged before using.
Please remove the module from the wristband and insert it into a standard
USB-A socket or charger.
The module will vibrate 5 times to show that charging has commenced.
Flashing green: The module is charging
Solid Green: The module is fully charged (around 1 hour)
Flashing intermittent red: The module requires charging
Note: If charging does not commence please remove the module, rotate it, half a turn and re-insert it to ensure the contact points are aligned.
Download the App
The free Moodbeam App should be downloaded from iOS Store for Apple Devices or
the Google Play Store for Android devices.
The Moonbeam App will then take you through the pairing process so that you
can start using your Moodbeam One. You will need your unique 16 Digit Serial
Number (printed on the module) to pair your Moodbeam One device with the App.
Safety Instructions
- This product is not a toy. Do not allow children or pets to play with your Moodbeam One. The module could become a choking hazard.
- Do not wear your Moodbeam One too tight. If you feel tingling or numbness in your hand or wrist whilst, or after, wearing your Moodbeam One please discontinue use.
- The battery in your Moodbeam One is not replaceable. Please do not attempt to disassemble the module as doing so will invalidate the warranty and could result in a safety hazard.
- Do not expose your Moodbeam One to extremely high or low temperatures.
- Do not dispose of your Moodbeam One in a fire.
- Avoid fully discharging your Moodbeam One.
- Only use a computer or a USB power supply that is certified by a recognized standard.
- Do not charge your Moodbeam One module if it is wet.
The Moonbeam One device and App are not medical devices and do not claim to
diagnose, treat or monitor specific health disorders. If you are in any way
concerned about your mental health we would always recommend speaking to a
healthcare professional.
The sleep and activity tracking information is based on movement algorithms
and is not intended to match scientific or medical measurement devices.
Warranty and Recycling Information
Moonbeam Ltd warrants to the original purchaser that your Moodbeam One shall
be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period
of 2 years from the date of purchase.
