Packing List
Product Overview
First-time use
- Prior to first use, please remove the blue insulation sticker.
- Fully charge both earbuds and charging case.
- Keep the charging port dry before charging
- Use the provided Type-C charging cable, or place the charging case on a wireless charger to get change
Warnings
- Keep away from liquids and extreme heat.
- Keep the earbuds out of children’s reach.
- Do not throw and drop the earbuds to avoid damage.
- Do not disassemble the earbuds, or make any modifications to the structure or any part of it.
- Please charge with a rated voltage charger.
- Low Battery Warning :
- Earbud LED Red light flashes once every 5 secs.
- Prompt sound “battery low” 5 times then power off

Put the earbuds back into the box to charge’ the earbuds. The battery icons will flash when charging, will turn off after fully charged.
Features with NTC tempera control protection, N26 earbuds will not charge if the temperature reaches 45 degrees or higher. (Charging case will automatically protect themselves in that case.) It is recommended to stop charging (or disconnect wireless charging) firstly, recharge after the temperature drops below 45 degrees.
Wireless Charging Supported
We recommend you to use wireless charging pad (not included) with QI certificate.
Power On/Off
Automatically Power On/Off
Open the lid of the charging case and the earbuds will power on automatically.
Put the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid, the earbuds will
power off automatically.
Manually Power On
Press & hold either earbud for 3 secs, it will flash Blue light and then power
on.
Manually Power Off
Turn off Bluetooth on your device first. Press & hold either earbud for 5
secs, it will flash Red light and then power off.
Note: The earbuds will automatically power off if there is no devices connected within 5 mins.
Bluetooth Connection
- Step 1 – Open the lid of charging case, two earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. (The earbuds LED will flash Blue light, then turn to Red & Blue light alternately. You would hear prompt sound “Power on – Pairing” if you wear the earbuds.)
- Step 2 – Activate Bluetooth setting on your phone, search and connect “N26”. (You should hear a prompt sound “Connected” if you wear the Earbuds.)
Single Mode
- When on dual mode, put one earbud into the charging case.
- Only take one earbud out of the charging case and connect it
Other lnstrutions
- Each time you use your earbuds, it will automatically connect to your last successfully connected device
- The earbuds will automatically power off if there is no devices connected within 5 mins.
- The fully charged charging case can work as a powerbank to recharge the earbuds for 3-4 times without being plugged into rower supply.
Factory Restore Setting
When should I reset?
When only one side play music.
When you can’t use the two earbuds together.
When both earbuds fail to pair with each other or occur connection related
issues
How To Reset
- Forget all’N26’from the Bluetooth menu of the device and deactivate the Bluetooth setting.
- Tap both earbuds five times at the same time, then both earbuds LED flash Red & Blue lights simultaneously. Wait for 4 secs, one earbud’s light will turn off and the other earbud will flash Red & Blue lights alternately, which means the earbuds have been reset successfully.
- Now turn on the Bluetooth on your device and reconnect the earbuds, they will work properly
