The Headset have a playtime of 42 hours on a single charge. The charging case can recharge the Headset 4 times, so you can get 180 hours total playtime from a fully charged charging case. Please remove the protective film from the charging case before using the Headset for the first time.

How to Charge Correctly

Charge With USB C cable: Connect the USB C cable to a power source in order to charge the Headset and charging case together.

Charging Case:
Charging in Progress: The case digital display number flashes from 1 to 100.
Fully Charged: The case’s digital display number is 100,
Headset:
Charging in Progress: The Headset indicator light is red & the charging case’s display bars increase from the first to the fourth gradually. Fully Charged: The Headset’ red lights will disappear & the charging case’s display columns will disappear.

Charging case charges the Headset without connecting to USB C cable

Charging Case:
Charging in Progress: The digital display number from 100 to decrease
Charging Complete: The digital display numbers disappear.
Headset:
Charging in Progress: The Headset indicator light is red & the charging case’s display bars increase from the first to the fourth gradually. Fully Charged: The Headset’ red lights will disappear & the charging case’s display columns will disappear.

The ear hooks are easily deformed after wearing the headset for a long time. When you put the headset into the charging box, please press the headset so that the mold shapes of the headset and the box are exactly matched, In order to ensure that the headset can be charged well.

(If you don’t see red light on the Headset, please use alcohol to wipe the Headset’ charging ports and the charging case’s charging pins. Ensure the pins between the Headset and the charging case is connected securely.)

Note: If the Headset is fully charged by the charging case, when you plug the USB C cable, the red lights on the Headset won’t display -This is normal,because the Headset doesn’t consume any battery power. This design saves the battery of the the Headset and the charging case. You can use the Headset to listen to music as normal.

If you use a compatible wireless charger to charge the charging case, please place the case in the sensor area of the wireless charger’s pad. Otherwise the case won’t be charged or charging very slowly.

Power on:

Method 1: Take the Headset from the charging case, it will turn on automatically and enter into pairing mode.
Method 2: When the Headset is powered off, press the Headset buttons for 3 seconds. (The indicator lights on the Headset will turn blue for 1 second).

Power off:

Method 1: Put the Headset back into the charging case.(The Headset’ indicator lights will turn red)
Method 2: When the Headset is powered on, press the Headset buttons for 5 seconds.(The indicator lights on the Headset will turn red for 1 second).

Q: How clo i Acljust ttie Volume ?

A: After you pair the Headset with your phone. First, If your phone is IOS SYSTEM, Please Click Once of Headset “+” button. Second, If your phone is Android SYSTEM, Please Firstly Click Once of Headset “+” button, then Add up the Volume by Your phone. Because iPhone and Android have different system protocols, so the control procedures is different.
Pairing

  1. Take Headset from the charging case.
  2. You will notice the Headset’s indicator light flashes red and blue.
  3. Open the bluetooth of your device, search for and click on the model”A14″. the Headset will pair successfully with your device.

Q: How to pair with 2 devices?

  1. A. Take Headset from the charging case.
  2. You will notice the Headset’s indicator light flashes red and blue.
  3.  Open the bluetooth of your 2 devices, search for the model, and click the pairing model “A14” on the 2 devices at the same time.
  4. Then you will notice one headset pairs with 2 different devices successfully.

When there has a call coming, please click the Headset button to receive the call, not receive the call by touching phone, otherwise the call will go through the phone, not Headset.f the call is received by phone, you can choose the “audio” of the call page to change the call way.  After the call received successfully, if you think the volume is low, you can add up the volume by Headset’ function or phone. If some functions of the Bluetooth Headset is not available with your phone app, Please check if the phone’s operating system is compatible with the app. Also, you can:

Trips to use the Headset well:

A: Firstly: Confirm that the charging case has power If the power level of the charging case is low or empty, the charging case can’t recognize the Headset when you put it, Therefore, the Headset cannot be charged .. If the charging case can’t be charged normally, Please try different USB C cable to charge.
Secondly: Ensure that you have removed the plastic film used to protect the Headset during shipping from the charging case.
Thirdly: Use alcohol to wipe the charging ports of the Headset as well as the charging pin of the charging case. Allow to dry before replacing the Headset into the case.
Fourthly: When putting the Headset in the case, ensure that the Headset match the model of the case exactly, and press down the Headset after placing them into the charging case. After a long time of wearing, the ear hooks is easily deformed, which leads to incomplete contact between the charging port and the thimble of the compartment. This can result in a failure to charge.
Fifthly: Ensure that the charging pins in the charging case don’t go down. Only the Headset is being successfully charged when the Headset indicator light is red and the charging case’s digital display bars move up and down.

We can’t pair the headset with the device,how to solve it?
Reset the Headset to factory setting

  • A: Forget the original”A14″ Bluetooth model from all of your device, and close your device’s bluetooth.
  • B: Turn off the Headset. If the Headset is not off, hold down the Headset buttons for 5 seconds and let them power off. The Headset indicator lights will be red for 1 second.
  • C: Then hold down the Headset buttons for 9 seconds, Release the button after you see the headset flashing blue lights for the second time. (The whole Indicator lighs change process: +

  • Open the Bluetooth of your device. search and click the model of “A14”, then this headset connect successfully.

Safety Precautions:

To extend the life of this product, follow these instructions:

  1. Keep this product away from extreme heat, humidity or corrosive environments.
  2. Prevent this product from being struck or dropped, warping, soaking, etc.
  3. Don’t dismantle the Headset or Charging Case.
  4. Don’t overcharge this product for a long time, as this will decrease the battery service life.
  5. Stop using this product immediately if it causes discomfort or pain.
  6. Use DC-5V 1A chargers/adapters certified by a regulated manufacturer. Recharging and discharging the headphones repeatedly will lead to decrease in battery performance over time, which is normal for all rechargeable batteries.(Don’t press the elastic pin contact point, which can cause the product to function incorrectly.)

Reminder: Before selling the product, we tested different models of mobile phones, because the configuration of each mobile phone is different, like bluetooth setting, micro phone, etc so when you use our headset to make a call, the call effect will also get different results according to the different mobile phones. This is normal.
