• I see you can change out the ear loops but are they also detachable? Can I use them without the ear loop entirely?
  Yes, they are also detachable, you can use them without the ear loop entirely.

• Is it normal to hear music only from the right earbud?

No. Be sure both earbuds are paired to your device as each can be used separately. Although, even when 1 is in use the audio (ex: Music) is still split as if you had both in.

• Can I just use one of the Bluetooth headsets instead of both?
  Yes! U used only one if u like.

• How clear is the microphone and volume quality? Most earbuds I’ve purchased either have low volume or muffled microphones.
  For the price they are great, three of my grandkids have these and if they aren’t working or sounding right I hear about it. So far no complaints.

• Is it waterproof? Like for swimming and showering?
  Yes, showering is ok.

• Can I charge one at a time or do both have to be in the charging box?
  Yes, you can charge one at a time.

• Can these earbuds be connected to two or more devices simultaneously?

They are blue tooth and wireless, so I imagine you can connect to more than one device. I haven’t tried it though.

• Is there a mic in both buds and are they located at the bottom?
  Yes, both buds have a mic built in.

• What is the average distance you can be before they disconnect from your phone?
  Unsure about the specific distance but I could go to different locations within my office or bathroom without it cutting off.

• Can I wear this while swimming in a pool? At the beach?
  If the question is referring to wearing these while actually swimming laps, or submerging your head into water, no. But if the question is referring to wearing these whilst floating on a giant inflatable unicorn or walking along the beach, yes. I regularly wear these on long walks (7+ miles on the beach) and long bike rides with no issue, and my ears are small, so I had feared they’d fall off with speed or terrain encounters.

• Do these fall out while running in them or do they stay in good?
  There are three attachments that help fit different size ear holes. They do no fall out when I run. Also comes with extra blue ear hooks.

• Will these work with my moto edge phone?
  Yes, the earbuds will connect to any device that is Bluetooth capable.

• I can’t get these to charge on a wireless charging stand. Are these not compatible or am I doing it wrong?
  The charging case does not support wireless charging.

• Hi, I am interested only in the charging box, I need to replace mine, is it possible to buy just the charging box?
  I don’t think so. Even if you can it may cost you as much as the whole set.
