  make sure you are in the range of the speakers, the speakers do not work well going thru walls. set the speakers up just in front of you and play them, if you lose the connection check your phone or device it might be you are losing the connection. If the connection stays while in front of you then the connection is good. Make sure the speakers are charged up. Also try the connection with someone phone other than yours, if you still lose the connection contact AY for a replacement.

• I have charged my speaker for 8 hours and will not turn on light will not change to green still red at 8 hours?
