1. Put your headphones in pairing mode as a first step. Put your earbuds in pairing mode as a first step.
2. On your phone, go to Bluetooth Settings.
3. Look for new Bluetooth-enabled devices to scan for.
4. Choose your device and connect in step 4.
5. Play your preferred music in step five.

How is a neckband reset?

• Removing Noise Flair from your list of linked devices will delete or forget it.
• Your mobile phone’s Bluetooth should be turned off.
• Delete the Bluetooth interface’s device name.
• Set the gadget to charge.
• Disconnect the earbuds.
• For 10 seconds, long press the touch button.
• LED white will blink three times.

• Can’t get my retractable earbud to go back in?
  Try gently pulling to its fully extended position and tap lightly on the housing. If that doesn’t work use your warranty and have it replaced.

• My left ear not working. What can I do?
  Time to get a new one. Make sure you buy insurance it is cheap.

• Is the sound pure for the speaker and the listener Whether from the earbuds or the speaker?
  No. Sound from the earbuds is tolerable while sound from the speakers is hollow and tinny. Just my experience and opinion

• These look teal in every picture. The description says they are Navy. What color are they?
  Mine is black, so they probably come in different colors.

• How long is the warranty?
  Supposedly when you activate the warranty according to the card that came with the item you get two years. tried to activate it but never received confirmation that it was activated.

• What is the Bluetooth connectivity range for the headset?
  It depends on your cell phone and environment. When I connect to my computer’s Bluetooth my range is greater. I’d say about 25-30 feet on my cell phone.

• Purchased in Jan 2021, used very little, and happy with the device until now. The device powers on and immediately power off. Can this be fixed or replaced?
  I suspect that behavior is by design when the charge level is too low. It likely means that either the charging block, cable, or built-in battery has gone bad. Try replacing each component one at a time and rechecking the behavior after 2 or 3 hours of additional charging time. If it turns out to be the internal battery, contact the vendor.

• So I sweat a lot at my job as a bounty hunter, do I have to worry that my sweat will ruin the speakers on this? Because bubba can run?
  I keep it a little loose around my neck so the sweat doesn’t make it stick to me. I have not had a problem with sweat running down into it. The speakers and buttons sit more on your shoulder area over your shirt.

• Is there a way to answer and hang up on the devise?
  Yes, this is a Bluetooth headset compatible with any cell phone. You use it to answer calls and listen to music and other applications.

• Will this access google assistant?
  Don’t know the answer, but have been wanting to review this item. Love the option of buds or speakers, buds in stores or crowds, speakers for solitary, or run/walk. My only wish is the clicking from bouncing while running, a bit of cushion or tuck under the t-shirt collar helps.

• I know you can pair two devices but can it handle two phones(connected at the same time) without having to disconnect one and connect the other?
  Yes, or one cell phone and a laptop. Which is awesome.

• I like listening to audiobooks does it have the ability to jump back 15 seconds for things you missed?
  I’m sorry but the sound quality of this headset is unacceptable. The question you ask doesn’t matter. I returned mine. I love the idea of external speakers but they need to team up with a quality sound company or something.
