This product must be installed by a qualified electrician according to AS/NZS 3000.
Ensure all electrical mains are disconnected before any installation.
Modification of this product will void any warranty.

Aluminum and 304SS fittings must not be installed within 5km of any saltwater environments.
All o-rings and seals must be in place correctly to maintain the warranty

Make sure that the electrical circuit is free of voltage (master switch off )
Remove the screws from the front of the fitting and set them aside
Remove base plate from fitting
Connect the cable using wire with earth. Connect earth first, then live and neutral wires.
Attach base plate in the desired location making sure to seal all holes including cable entry and around screws.
Reattach fitting to the baseplate
Fitting is preset to 3000k, to change remove the cover from the fitting by removing 4x screws at the back of the head.
Slide head off fitting and remove globe, Slide switch on side of the globe to desired color temperature.
Reattach cover to fitting making sure screws are tight to avoid water penetration
Apply silicone around the edge of the fitting to prevent any water from getting inside to electrical connections.
All connections must be carried out carefully, inspect all contacts before switching back on the electric circuit.

Steps for Installation for HV3631 + HV3632:

Make sure that the electrical circuit is free of voltage (master switch off )
Remove the screws from the top and bottom of the fitting and set them aside
Remove base plate from fitting
Locate the IP-rated junction box within the fitting. Undo screws from the junction box and remove the cover.
Insert cable through cable gland on junction box. If your cable is not circular you must fix the entry of your cable to maintain the IP rating. Failure to do so will void the warranty.
Connect the cable using wire with earth. Connect earth first, then live and neutral wires.
Reattach cover to IP-rated junction box making sure screws are tight and seals are still in place.
Attach base plate in the desired location
Fitting is preset to 3000k, to change remove globes and slide switch on the side to desired color temperature
Reattach fitting to baseplate making sure screws are tight to avoid water penetration.
Apply silicone around the edge of the fitting to prevent any water from getting inside to electrical connections.
All connections must be carried out carefully, inspect all contacts before switching back on the electric circuit.

Remove the cover from the fitting by removing screws from top and bottom of the fitting.
Slide head off the base plate.
Insert new globe making sure to check the correct globe is used – Refer to product label for correct wattage
Reattach fitting to base plate making sure screws are tight to avoid water penetration
