1. Register an account and choose your country.

2. Connect your phone to WiFi (Only 2.4Ghz)/Open the data network/Turn on the phone’s Bluetooth.

Networking Method

— Device name: EL-BSP-001
— Turn on the device, long press the Control Box ” ” button Ss, the floor lamp flashes red, and the device enters the network configuration state.
1. Automatic Networking:
(1)Turn on the phone’s Bluetooth & WiFi, Login Smart Life APP: Pop up the reminder of adding devices within the Bluetooth search range of the mobile phone(flgure 1). Enter your WiFi account and password(figure 2). Complete the device addition(figure 3/4).
(2)When no add reminder pops up, Enter the add interface through [Add Device) in the middle of the screen or [+] on the upper right of the screen. At this time, the Bluetooth search continues to work, and the search status is displayed on the top of the screen. After searching for the product to be added, click the product Icon (Figure 5), and follow the prompts to complete the addition.
2.Connect your phone to WiFi, manual networking:
(1)Select the Strip Lights (BLE+Wi-Fi) in the Lighting category (Figure 1), select Next (Figure 2) to enter the 2.4G network selection interface (Figure 3) At this time, the light strip status selection (Blink Slowly/ Blink Quickly) interface (Figure 4).

(3)When the strip light Blink Quickly, enter your WiFi account and password (Figure 1), and follow the interface operation prompts to complete the device addition (Figure 2/3). After the network distribution is successful, the default red light will be on.
(3) when the light bar Blink Slowly, enter your WiFi account and password (Figure 1) to enter the AP hotspot configuration network jump interface (Figure 2). Click to jump to the mobile network settings (Figure 3), select the SmartLife-XXXX hotspot, and return to the Smart Life APP, waiting for the APP to automatically complete the network configuration.

Add Custom Scenarios

The user can completely customize the scene lighting effect. After the scene is successfully added, the interface will appear in the fourth category (Customize) in the scene mode:
— Can customize the lighting effect of each light bar.
— A total of seven custom lighting effects: Static, Gradient, Jump, Breathe, Flashing, Rainbow, Stream.
— Customized color (color can be set by segment), lighting effect speed.
NOTE

1. Confirm the home router Wi-Fi signal type because a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is required to add a device.
2. The wrong password Is the main reason why pairing fails. Please check your password and try again.
3. To ensure successful pairing, we suggest you enable the following access, such as location, Wi-FI, Bluetooth, etc.
4. Please complete the pairing within three minutes after the device is reset.
5. lif you changed the Wifi password, please reconnect. When restoring to factory settings, you must turn off the device for 10S and try again.

Alexa Connect

1. Complete product networking configuration in the Smart Life App
   Complete the device’s networking configuration according to the prompts in the App. Note: In the App, change the name of the device to an easily Identifiable name such as Alex& names are usually in English such as led strip’.

2. Key step – link Skill

1. Tap on “Skills” in the Alexa app menu.
2. Then search for “Smart Life”. Tap “Enable” to enable the Skill.
3. Enter the Smart Life APP account and password, then tap “Link Now” to link your Smart Life account to enable the Skill. Now you can start your smart home journey.

3. Common commands
   Control the device via voice commands Now you can control your smart device with Echo. You can control your device (such as your led strip) with the following commands: Alexa, turn on the light. Alexa, turn off the light.

Installation Steps

Method 1:
(select the hardware fixing buckle and double-sided sponge glue to fix it on the plane)
A. Wipe the surface to ensure it is clean and dry.
B. Peel off the protective film on the tape, stick the strip on, and press over it firmly.
C. Clip the light bar on the fixed card buckle, with the light-emitting side facing up, tear off the double-sided sponge film paper and paste it on a smooth surface.
D. Turn on the light bar and start using it.
Method 2:
(2) Select the hardware fixing buckle and the buckle screw to fix It on the plane
A. Wipe the surface to ensure it Is dean and dry.
B. After punching holes in the plane, insert the snap screw rubber plug, then insert the snap screw Into the hole in the middle of the hardware fixing clip, and tighten the screw to fix the clip.
C. Clip the light bar on the fixing dip on the plane, with the light-emitting side facing up.
D. Turn on the light bar and start using it.
Note: The light bar has 12 metal scissor positions per meter (the transparent part in the middle of the light bar can dearly see the golden scissors position). When cutting, it must be cut at the scissors position. Can be plugged in (cut out the unused part and it doesn’t continue to use)

Troubleshooting

— Remote control cannot be used.
Remove the plastic foil from the remote control.
— Unable to download Smart Life APP. Mobile APP supports ios 10.0 or higher, Android requires Android 4.4 or higher.
