Product Overview

Power On: Press and hold the MFB (Multifunction Button) for 3 seconds. The blue and red LEDs flash alternatively accompanied by a voice prompt \

Power Off: Press and hold the MFB for 3 seconds. Red LED blinks once to indicate the device getting switched off.

Bluetooth Connectivity

1. Turn on the Bluetooth functionality in your phone and switch on Rockerz 425 by long pressing the MFB for 3 seconds
2. In case if the headphone is not in pairing mode, then don’t release the button and keep on long pressing the MFB for 5 seconds to turn on the Bluetooth pairing mode in the headphone, until the indicator starts blinking in blue and red colours alternatively.
3. Then, click on the headphones ‘Rockerz 425’ from the Ilst of available devices after search
4. If asked for a passkey, confirm the passkey ‘0000’ on phone
5. Once confirmed, the headphone and phone get connected via Bluetooth Indicated by slowly flashing blue LED
6. To disconnect the current paired device and enter pairing mode, press and hold ‘+’ and ‘-‘ buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds

Note: If there’s a connection history between the phone and the headphone, then they will automatically get reconnected in a working range whenever the headphone gets switched on.

Basic Functions

• Play: Short press the MFB once to play
• Pause: Short press the MFB once to pause
• Volume Up: Short press the Vol + button in steps to increase volume
• Volume Down: Press the Vol – button in steps to decrease volume
• Next Track: Press and hold the Vol + button for 1 second to skip to next track
• Previous Track: Press and hold the Vol – button for 1 second to return to previous track
• Answer Incoming Calls: Short press the MFB once
• Hang Up Ongoing Calls: Short press the MFB once
• Reject Calls: Press and hold the MFB for one second
• Redial: Triple press the MFB
• Switch Call between Headphone & Phone: Press & hold MFB for 1 second
• Voice Assistant/Siri: Double press the MFB
• BEAST”” Mode for Gaming: Single press the BEAST Mode quick switch button to activate BEAST Mode for low latency playtime; Blue LED flashes once every S seconds. To switch back to Music mode, single press the BEAST Mode button again.

Note: If the woke assistant doesn’t get trigger& then the functionality has for be fin t enabled via your media device settings.

Charging norms & Precautionary Guidelines:

Charging

• Connect one end of the provided cable to the USB Type C port on the headset and the other end to a wall adapter or laptop
• While charging the indicator LED turns into steady red
• When the headphone is fully charged, the indicator switches off
• Use only authorized/company chargers for the headset, as unauthorized ones may damage the same and invalidate the warranty on the headset as well
• The headphones cannot be utilized for listening purposes while it is charging mode
  Note: When the headphones are in low power state, then that gets indicated by slowly flashing red LED.

Dual Pairing

To connect Rockerz 425 to two devices simultaneously, firstly connect the earphone to one of the devices. Then, switch both the earphone and the device’s Bluetooth off. Thereafter, conned the earphone to the second device, and again switch on the first device’s Bluetooth. The earphone gets connected to both devices. If not, connect the first device manually once again to activate dual pairing.

Reset

Method 1. When the headphone is in the ‘OFF’ state, press and hold MFB for 10 seconds to perform reset, indicated by simultaneous red and blue LED flashes thrice Method 2. When the headphone is in the ‘ON’ state, press and hold the Vol -I- and Vol – buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds

Other Functions

• If there’s no connection established when the Bluetooth is switched on then the device powers off automatically after a while
• If you receive an incoming call during playing music, the music automatically disconnects. When the call is done and disconnected, the music starts to play automatically from where it left.

ANOMALIES & Solutions

A. Mobile can’t search the headset

• Check if the Bluetooth headset is powered on or off (When powered on, the LEDs blink with red and blue colours alternatively)
• If it is powered on and the device still can’t connect, then please reboot the Bluetooth device and the phone

B. After connecting the headset with the phone, disconnection or noise Occurs

• This may be due to the low power of the headset. Please charge the Bluetooth headset
• There might be obstruction between the headset and the phone or the distance between them exceeds the maximum range for signal reception

C. If the Voice Assistant support doesn’t respond

• If the voice assistant doesn’t get triggered, then the functionality has to be first enabled via your media device’s settings.
