TV Audio AC300 CEILING HOLE CUTTER WITH DEBRIS
COLLECTOR
This device makes cutting holes into ceiling tiles or plasterboard clean and simple, simply attach it to an electric drill. The two blades can be adjusted to a maximum of 2OOmm0 and the building ball-bearing collar and spring retainer allow smooth drilling. The debris collector catches any dust created from drilling; helping to protect your eyes and allowing quick clean-up. An ideal piece of equipment for installing large quantities of overhead spotlights or ceiling speakers.
- Supplied with 2 x HSS blades (high-speed steel), 2 x TCT blades (tungsten carbide tipped), and 1 pilot drill bit
- All bits are organized in a heavy-duty plastic carry case
- Greatly shortens the time required for installation and is virtually mess-free
- Designed to cut mineral ceiling tiles and plasterboard only
Assembly
- Adjust the rotary blades by loosening the locking nut using the supplied Allen key. Metric markings on the crossbar show the reading of the diameter. Tighten the locking nut after the desired diameter is set.
- Ensure the guiding drill locking nut is tight, and guide the main shaft through the inside of the debris collector. Then thread on the spring on the outside of the debris collector.
- Push the wing nut against the main shaft and turn anti-clockwise to lock.
- The unit is now fully assembled and ready to mount on a drill.
