OVERVIEW

The dog training collar has been proven safe and effective through long-term market validation and customer feedback. It can help you control and train your dog within the effective range, through functions such as sound reminder, vibration warning, static shock punishment, etc., to stop barking, correct dog running, easily recall, and prevent dog picking and eating garbage outdoors and other complex training can also be carried out by remote control. The dog training collar is a powerful assistant for your dog management.

SECURITY

★ Check the tightness of the collar strap. Wearing it too tightly will cause damage of the pet’s neck while too loosely will make the static shock functionless because the contact points can not touch the pet’s skin.
★ Please do not use a leash to connect the dog receiver collar, because the increasing tightness and pressure between receiver contact points and neck will make the dog not feel well. You’d better prepare an extra collar leash for walking your dog.
★ Please check the skin of your dog’s neck often and stop using it for several days if you find any adverse skin reactions.
★ If wearing too long time or the collar is too tight which caused erythema, it is recommended to use after recovery.
★ The dog training collar is for assist training. It is recommended to wear the collar strap on the dog’s neck no more than 18 hours a day and take it off for a few hours a day to make the dog feel relaxed and free.
★ If possible, please check the wearing position of the collar in every 1-2 hours if for professional training.
★ Most dogs will not have an irritable reactions when wearing the collar for the first time, only a few are very sensitive, but they will have good adaptability after a period of time. During this time, it is recommended not to use any function on the dog, just let it get used to wearing it first.
★ It is recommended to use the sound reminder or vibration warning function before using the static shock function for training your dog. After a period time of training, the dog will find after a sound reminder or vibration warning, there will be static shock punishment. Then, the sound reminder or vibration warning function can effectively curb the pet’s inappropriate behavior. The static shock function is a punitive measure that doesn’t need to be used very often.

BUTTON INTRODUCTION

1. Static shock button: Press this button and the receiver will emit a static shock signal; pressing the +/- button will reduce and increase the static shock level.

2. Tone button: Press this button and the receiver will beep; Pressing the +/- button will reduce and increase the sound level.

3. Signal channels switch button: With 3 channels to switch, the remote can connect the 3 receivers at the same time and also individually. Please follow the instructions below to connect the signal between the remote transmitter and receiver according to the correct operation. The factory default channel is .

4. Flashlight button: With 2 modes, strobe light, and strong light mode. Press it once, and the light is in strong light mode; press it again, it will enter into strobe mode, flash twice a second; and press it the third time, and the light is turned off. Then cycle.
   Note: The strobe mode can attract the attention of dogs and effectively interact with pets.

5. Screen lock button: Press the button for 2 seconds to lock the screen, same for unlocking. When the screen is locked, all the buttons will not work.

6. Vibration button: Press this button and the receiver will emit a vibration signal, press the +/- button will reduce and increase the vibration level.

7. The +/- button: Reduce and increase the level of functions like beep, vibration, and static shock. There are 100 levels that can be adjusted.

8. Power button: To open and close the receiver; Long press it for 2 seconds will enter into the connecting mode, and the green indicator light will flash.

9. Indicator light: It will flash when charging, pressing the function button, or connecting. The color is green.

10. Electrode column: Install a pair of screw caps(Electrode Contact Points) suitable for different dogs, and can effectively conduct static shock for dog training.

HOW TO PAIR THE REMOTE AND RECEIVER

1. Press the “CH” button to choose a signal channel you want to use.
2. Short press the power button to turn on the receiver, after hearing the “beep” sound once, the receiver is under working status, then the green LED indicator will flash once in 5 seconds. 5 minutes later, the device will enter into sleep mode if there is any operation, the green LED indicator will flash once in 10 seconds； Press the power button 1 second, after hearing “beep” twice, the device is turned off.
3. When the receiver is off, press the power button for 2 seconds, when hearing a long “beep” from the receiver, and the green LED indicator flashes rapidly, it has entered into the signal pairing state, and the flashing lasts for 15 seconds. At this time, you have to press the function button of the remote transmitter (vibration ****/static shock /sound  during the flashing period, and the signal will be connected.
4. The pairing will be closed if we didn’t press any function button within 15 seconds during the indicator flashing state. Please pair it again if required.
5. If you have 3 receivers, please press the “CH” button to switch the signal channels and connect.
6. You can choose channels 1, 2 or 3 to connect to the receiver individually, to send training commands to each dog, or you can open all three channels at the same time, then the connected receivers can receive signals at the same time, to interact with multiple dogs(For example, when there are multiple dogs at the competition, you can send commands to them at the same time)..
   Note: Dog training collar set with 1 receiver is usually connected with channel 1 by factory default setting, and if with multiple receivers please kindly pair them according to this connection method.

Warm Notice

1. Please keep in mind the signal channel you are using and do not change it at will, otherwise the remote control command will not be received!
2. The device will work only when the receiver and the remote transmitter signals have been connected. Please kindly connect the signal according to the connecting method at the manual when using it for the first time.
3. Both the remote transmitter and receiver are energy-saving designs. The remote transmitter will enter sleep mode if there is no operation within 20 seconds, but pressing any button on the remote transmitter will resume it work immediately.
4. If you press and hold any function buttons like vibration/static shock and warning sound for a long time by accident, the receiver will stop the job after it continues working for 10 seconds.

CHARGING AND CHECKING BATTERY LEVEL

★ Please charge before the first time use!

Please use a USB charger with the following parameters (this product can be charged with a mobile phone charger or computer USB interface, please check the following parameters before charging):
Input: 100-240V, 50/60HZ
Output: 5V 1000 mA (or 300mA/500 mA)

Charging the remote transmitter: Connect the USB cable, the battery icon on the screen will keep flowing when charging, and stop when it is fully charged.

Charging the receiver:

1. Open the rubber cover and connect the charger.
2. When charging, the receiver’s green indicator is flashing. The receiver cannot receive signals at this time.
3. After the receiver is fully charged, the green LED indicator will automatically turn off.

Check the Receiver Battery Inventory:
When the receiver is in a power-on state, quickly press the power button once could check the receiver’s battery inventory:
The receiver beeps 4 times, representing 75%-100% battery left;
The receiver beeps 3 times, representing 50%-75% battery left;
The receiver beeps twice, representing 25%-50% battery left;
The receiver beeps once, representing 0 %-25 % battery left.

Low battery warning:
When the battery is lower than 20%, the green indicator flashes once per second, indicating that the receiver is already in low battery, please charge it in time.
When going out to train your dog, please check the receiver battery power and charge it if the indicator flashes once per second.

Warm Notice:

1. The remote transmitter and receiver should be charged for 3 hours at least before the first time using.
2. The functions cannot be used when the receiver is charging.
3. The green indicator flashes once per second when the receiver battery is low, please charge it in time.
4. To make sure the product can be used continuously, please charge the device once a month if it is not often used.
5. After fully charged, please cover the rubber on the USB interface well to avoid water getting inside at later use which will cause damage.

FUNCTIONS TESTING

Static shock function testing
The static shock function can not be seen by our naked eyes, please check with our test lamp.
Put the test lamp on the contact points, and ensure the copper wire has touched both the contact points.
Press the static shock function button, the lamp will glow.

Vibration function testing
Press the vibration function button, the receiver will vibrate.
Warning tone function testing
Press the warning tone function button, the receiver will produce a “beep” sound.

HOW TO PUT ON THE RECEIVER COLLAR STRAP

1. The correct wearing position will make your dog training healthy and effective. The receiver has to be placed on the bottom of the dog’s neck and the screw caps should contact the dog’s skin directly.

2. If your dog’s neck is with long or thick hair, please use the longer screw caps. The soft silicone rubbers are also with conductive function, they can be put on to prevent iron rust

3. The protection pads can prevent the conductive column from pressing against the skin, and it is recommended to use it 2-3 days a week.

4. The tightness of the collar should be within a finger’s distance, and can not be too loose, otherwise, it will seriously affect the electrostatic effectiveness.

HOW TO WEAR THE NYLON COLLAR STRAP

If the collar strap is too long, trim the excess length appropriately. It is easy to get burrs after cutting, and you can use a lighter to burn the yarn to melt.

MAINTENANCE REGULARLY

1. Please check the tightness of the receiver and check whether there is any damage outside.
2. Clean the screw cap with alcohol weekly.
3. Check the dog’s neck and clean it weekly.

USING PRECAUTIONS

1. The remote transmitter is with a high-tech transmission, you don’t need to aim at the receiver directly. The remote signal can penetrate obstacles like walls etc., but the effective distance will affect.
2. The factors like station, magnetic field, obstacles, its battery, and other wireless devices, terrain, and vegetation may affect the signal transmission of the remote transmitter and the actual remote distance.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Q： How old can my dog use the dog training collar?
A： From the time dogs can recognize and obey basic commands, such as “sit” and “come”. The dog training collar is suitable for most small, medium and large- sized dogs.
Q： Dog has obeyed my commands, does it still need continuous training?
A： Yes, you’d better strengthen your dog’s memory for it.
Q： Can I add one more receiver collar?
A： Sure, the remote transmitter is with 3 channels, you can control 3 dogs at the same time.
Q： How long remote distance does my dog training collar control?
A： The dog training collar remote distance can reach 1000 meters without any interference and obstacles, but in our actual use, terrain, climate, vegetation, station, magnetic field, obstacles, other radio equipment, the strength of its own battery and other factors may all affect the effective distance of the remote control.
Q： I want to test the static shock function with my hands, but it doesn’t work, is my method wrong?
A： Please touch both the screw caps at the same time, touch one screw cap only will not conduct static electricity.

Q: What is the function of the protection pads?
A:

1. The protection pads can prevent the dog’s skin from being worn, and avoid skin being hurt by the iron columns when our pets wear them for long time.
2. Anti-shock, to isolate static shock.

Q: When will we use the protection pads?

1. When dog training or anti-barking has effects, let us use protection pads.
2. When the dog starts barking again after we stop using the device, we can use the protective pads and keep it wearing the device as a deterrent.

Q： What should I do if my dog has red spots on the neck?
A： Stop using the dog training collar and observe for several days. If symptoms persist over 48 hours, please consult the local veterinarian. If the dog’s skin returns to normal, we should also check it frequently when using the dog training collar.

Q： Can I tie a dog leash to the receiver collar?
A： This will make the screw caps against the dog’s neck. A separate collar is recommended for leashes.
Q： How long is the dog training collar lithium battery life?
A： The lithium battery can be recharged 400 times.
Q： Can my dog wear the collar receiver often?
A： It is recommended to wear the collar on your dog for no more than 18 hours a day. If it is worn for a long time, please check it frequently.
Q： How long time training is appropriate every time?
A： Training sessions should be kept positive and short, approximately 10-15minutes each time will be better.
Q： What are the proper levels for the functions to train my dog?
A： Please find the most suitable function level for your dog. It is recommended to start from the lowest level, and not use a big level to make the dog react strongly.
Q： Any other good training methods?
A： You can prepare some dog treats as training rewards, will be more effective when training.
You can tell your dog what to do or not to do every time you stop a bad habit, and your dog will learn what you like and what you don’t like after long times of training.
Q： How long will it take to train my dog well?
A： Correcting a bad habit or training it to obey your commands takes time, be patient with your dog.
Q： The dog training collar doesn’t work, or the dog doesn’t respond after it is put on the dog’s neck. How can I troubleshoot the problem?
A：

1. Please check whether the devices are with a battery.
2. Please check whether the function levels have been adjusted.
3. Please check whether the receiver is turned on.
4. Please check whether you have accidentally pressed the remote transmitter signal channel button.
5. Reconnect the signal between the remote transmitter and receiver.
6. Take off the receiver and check whether the three functions are okay.
7. Make sure the receiver is in the correct position and the collar strap isn’t worn too loosely.
8. Please trim the dog’s excessively long hair, or use longer contact points.
