Thank you for choosing boAt Rockerz 330ANC. This manual is meant to guide you through the functionality of the wireless earphone neckband. Knowledge of Bluetooth and device connection is essential for the usage of the headset. Therefore, we strongly advise that this manual is thoroughly read before use, and referred to in times of difficulty,
so that you can always be easily guided towards the shores of musical bliss

To Pair with Bluetooth

1. When switched off, press and hold the MFB (*Multifunction Button) for 3 seconds to switch on the wireless earphones and put them into pairing mode. The earphones automatically enter pairing mode with a voice prompt, the blue and red LEDs flash to indicate the same.
2. Open Bluetooth functionality on your media device and search for “Rockerz 330ANC” from the list of available devices.
3. Choose “Rockerz 330ANC” from the list and if asked for a passcode, enter the pairing code “0000” to establish Bluetooth connectivity.
4. Once successfully connected, the red LED solid ON for 1 sec and off to indicate the same.
   Note: The wireless neckband automatically turns off if there is no pairing established in 5 minutes.

Functions

1. Power On: When switched off, press and hold the MFB for 3 seconds to power on the neckband. Red LED flashes once to indicate the same.

2. Power Off: In powered on state, press and hold the MFB for 5 seconds. Red LED flashes before the device gets turned off.

3. Play/Pause: Short press the MFB to play/pause the music at your convenience.

4. Volume Up: Short press the Volume Up “+” button in steps to increase the volume. A voice prompt indicates maximum volume.

5. Volume Down: Short press the Volume Down “-” button in steps to decrease the volume.

6. Answer/End call: Short press the MFB once when answering or ending a call to complete the action.

7. Reject call: Double press the MFB during an incoming call to reject the call.

8. Previous Track: To go back to the previous track or start track from the beginning press and hold the Volume Down “-” button for 1 second.

9. Next Track: To skip to the track, press and hold the Volume Up “+” button for 1 second.

10. Reset Device (Clear Paired List): Press and hold the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to clear the list of paired devices. The blue and red LEDs flash rapidly to indicate the same

11. Dual Pairing: To connect Rockerz 330ANC to two devices simultaneously, firstly connect the earphones to one of the devices. Then, switch off the device’s Bluetooth. Thereafter, connect the earphone to the second device, and again switch on the first device’s Bluetooth. The earphone gets connected to both devices. If not, connect the first device manually once again to activate dual pairing.

12. ENxTM Tech: Our ENxTM tech algorithm cancels out the background noise so that you can be heard crystal clear via voice calls. One need not activate ENxTM as the mic is equipped with the same and activated by default.

13. Voice Assistant: Triple press the MFB to wake up the default smart voice assistant.

To switch on Crystal Bionic Sound, simply double press the MFB. To switch off Crystal Bionic Sound and enter into Battery Saver Mode, double press the MFB once again.

ANC MODE / Ambient Mode /ANC OFF

• Single press the ANC button to activate ANC mode that cancels out the unwanted background noises so that you can stay immersed in your music without interruptions.
• Single press the ANC button once again to switch to Ambient mode which lets you stay aware of your audible surroundings, even during playback.
• Single press the ANC button again in order to switch to Normal mode (ANC off, Ambient Mode off).
  Note: By default, whenever you turn on the earphones, the device is in ANC OFF mode.

Power (Battery) Saver Mode

• To activate battery saver mode (turning off Crystal Bionic Sound + ANC), simply double press the MFB. It gets indicated by a sound prompt.
• To deactivate battery saver mode (turning on Crystal Bionic Sound), double press the MFB once again. It gets indicated by a sound prompt.
  Note: By default, whenever you turn on the earphones, it starts in Battery Saver Mode.

To Charge
Use the provided USB Type C charging cable to charge the earphones through either laptop/adaptor/ power bank.

1. Low Battery: When the remaining playtime is around 1 hour, there are two “Battery Low” prompts, once when it is at 10% battery with 1-hour playtime remaining and the next prompt when 30 mins of playtime is remaining, 30 mins after last prompt device get automatically switched off.
2. Charging: Solid red LED indicates that the earphone is being charged (please note that the earphone cannot / should not be turned on while charging).
3. Fully charged: Solid white LED indicates the same.

Safety Precautions

• Please don’t dismantle the product in any way or remove the product’s battery by yourself, as this can lead to a fire or electrical breakdown. Any maintenance or servicing of the earphones should be done only through a qualified service provider/manufacturer.
• Please clean the earphones with the utmost of care with only a damp soft cloth, if cleaning is required. Please do not use any oily volatile liquid. In addition, ensure that the earphones are kept away from extremely hot or cold substances.
• Any damage to the earphones that is NOT a manufacturing issue will make the product’s warranty null and void.
• Do not use earphones when it is unsafe to be wearing them, such as while operating a vehicle, crossing a street, or during any activity where full awareness of your surroundings is required.
• To avoid damage to your hearing, make sure that the volume on your music player is at an appropriate level when you are putting on the earphone. Exposure to any noise levels at or above 85 dB can gradually lead to a loss of hearing.
