The FCC Compliance Statement
This device complies with part of the FCC Rules. WARRANTY
LIMITED WARRANTY (UNITED STATES AND CANADA ONLY)
ONANOFF LTD., (“ONANOFF”) extends this Limited Warranty in the United States
and Canada to the original end-use purchaser of ONANOFF wireless products,
including wireless speakers and headphones (“Product(s)”), provided that the
Product was purchased from an Authorized Dealer as defined below. You must
provide proof of identifies the ONANOFF product model and the purchase price
paid to qualify for this Limited Warranty. The Limited Warranty does not
extend to any other person or transferee. Statutory or common law may provide
additional rights or remedies that vary from state to state, country to
country, which are not affected by this Limited Warranty.
DEFINITIONS
“Authorized Dealer” means any distributor, reseller or retailer in the United
States or Canada that was duty authorized by ONANOFF at the time of the sale
to sell your Product in jurisdiction where it was sold, and that sold the
Product in new, unused condition in its original packaging.
“Fraud or Misrepresentation” means misrepresenting any fact related to a
warranty claim to ONANOFF, including the nature of the defect, whether the
Product was purchased from an Authorized Dealer, and the authenticity** of the
Product. Any representation of a claimed Manufacturing Defect that was known
to be caused completely or partially by (a) any use other than Intended Use,
(b) transportation, neglect, misuse or abuse by anyone other than ONANOFF’s
employees, (c) alteration, tampering or modification of the Product by anyone
other than an ONANOFF employee, (d) accident (other than a malfunction that
would otherwise qualify as a Manufacturing Defect), (e) maintenance or service
of the Product by anyone other than ONANOFF employee or agent, (f) exposure of
the Product to extreme heat, bright light, sun, partial or complete submersion
in liquids, sand or other contaminants, or (g) acts outside the control of
ONANOFF, including without limitation acts of God, fire, storms, earthquake or
flood, is considered fraud. “Manufacturing Defect” means a defect that cause
the Product to depart from its intended design and specifications(s). “Intended
Use” means use of the Product (a) within a home or dwelling, (b) for private
(as opposed to commercial) purposes, (c) in conformity with all applicable
local, state or federal law, code or regulation (including without limitation
building and/or electrical codes), (d) in accordance with ONANOFF
recommendations and/or instructions in the materials and documentation that
accompany the Product, and (e) if applicable, with proper electrical
grounding.
SCOPE OF LIMITED WARRANTY
ONANOFF provides a Limited Warranty against Manufacturing Defects for all
authentic ONANOFF Products for a period of one-year from the date of purchase.
If a Product contained a Manufacturing Defect when it was purchased from an
Authorized Dealer, ONANOFF, at its sole discretion, will (i) repair, (ii)
replace with new or refurbished same or similar Product at ONANOFF’s sole
discretion, or (iii) provide a Warranty Credit for the Product on the ONANOFF
online store. The amount of the Warranty Credit shall be equal to the purchase
price of the Product paid to the Authorized Dealer, but in no event shall the
amount exceed ONANOFF’s manufacturer’s suggested retail price (“MSRP”).
ONANOFF reserves the right to inspect any Product subject to a warranty claim
to determine, at its sole discretion, whether the claimed defect is
Manufacturing Defect or otherwise. For all defects that are not Manufacturing
Defects, ONANOFF will provide an Aggressive Listener Credit in the amount of
fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price paid to the Authorized Dealer. Note
that ONANOFF regularly changes the models, color-ways, and style of its
Products and cannot guarantee the availability of an exact replacement for any
Product. ONANOFF DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILTY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By submitting this warranty request, you agree to the following Terms and
Conditions:
- In the case if Fraud or Misrepresentation, ONANOFF reserves the right to deny all warranty coverage or claims.
- Risk of Loss- ONANOFF is not responsible for any Product that is lost in shipping and not actually received by ONANOFF. To avoid unnecessary delays and minimize the possibility of a lost Product, we strongly suggest that you use the return label provided to you by ONANOFF’s online warranty system to send your Product to ONANOFF. No warranty will be provided for any Product not actually received by ONANOFF.
- ONANOFF reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a defect is a manufacturing defect and what type of credit or replacement shall be issued, if any.
- All warranty Products sent to ONANOFF will not be returned to you for any reason. Defective Products may be subject to engineering analysis and recycling, as part of our continued commitment to improving the quality of our products and the environment.
CHOICE OF LAW/JURISDICTION
This Limited Warranty and any disputes arising out of or in connection with
this Limited Warranty (“Disputes”) shall be governed by the laws of the State
of California, USA, excluding conflicts of law principles and excluding the
Convention for the International Sales of Goods. The courts located in the
State of California, USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any Disputes.
OTHER RIGHTS. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION, AND WHICH SHALL NOT BE AFFECTED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. THIS WARRANTY EXTENDS ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED OR ASSIGNED.
If any provision of this Limited Warranty is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect any remaining provisions. In case of any inconsistency between the English and other versions of the Limited Warranty, the English version shall prevail. Purchasing or possessing counterfeit goods is against the law. Any products returned to ONANOFF for warranty purpose and determined by ONANOFF to be counterfeit will not be returned and may be turned over appropriate law enforcement agencies.

ONANOFF is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. If you have any
questions or concerns about you ONANOFF product, please contact us at

Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources
and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up
in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water
contamination – harming wildlife and also human health. To remind you that old
electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out
wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including
those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin. Many Local
Authorities will have containers that collect batteries for recycling. Public
buildings and your workplace may also have containers. If you do not recycle,
batteries will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and
cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.
Batteries containing hazard materials such as mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd) or
lead (Pb) are marked with their chemical symbols as well. This symbol means
that according to local laws and regulations the battery shall be disposed of
separately from household waste. When this product reaches its end of life,
take it to a collection point designated by local authorities or return to
purchase location for recycling or disposal
Warning: To avoid hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels.
