  •  Tin: 5 seconds (24V)

Package included

  • 1pc T12 Adjust control handle
  • 1pc T12 normal iron tip as you choose option.

Features:

  • Mini T12 Portable Soldering iron
  • Large power: 72W (Maximum)
  • Digital OLED screen can display: power voltage / real-time temperature / setting temperature
  • Temperature adjustable from 180 degrees to 450 degrees (Celsius)
  • Power supply voltage DC 12-24V, use DC5525 plug (5.5*2.5)
  • The Knob can adjust brightness, sleep time, language, screen display time, etc.

Power Supply:

DC 12-24V, the higher the voltage, the higher current; the maximum voltage is 24V, the minimum current is 3A, and the faster the heating speed; on the contrary, conversely, the lower voltage, the lower the current, the minimum is 1.5A, and the heating speed is slightly slower.

Functions of press key and display description

  • “Push to the right” means move to the right or increase the value.
  • “Push left” means move to the left or decrease the value.
  • “Press down” means confirm or enter the main menu.
  • ACT: Calibration – Calculation formula: calibration value = measuring temperature – setting temperature.

  • HSL: Brightness – brightness adjustable range is 2-100, 2 is darkest, 100 is the brightest.

  • DMH: Sleep – when screen is “DMH ON 5”, It means that if the does not use the soldering iron for 5 seconds the soldering iron will stop heating, and it will start heating again after picking it up.

  • LED: Always on display – when screen is “LED ON 5”, it means that after 5 seconds of no key operation, the screen will be off

  • LVF: Power – this option indicates whether the power supply is stable.

  • LAN: Language – available languages: Chinese, English.

  • RTN: Return – return to main interface.

    • Menu: ATC

    • First turn on the power and insert the soldering iron tip into the handle, set the temperature in the “SET: 300” and the value displayed in the real-time area is stable at “300”, at this time use a temperature measuring instrument to measure the temperature of the soldering iron tip.

    • (Note *You must use a soldering iron for each calibration Measure the same position of the tip) and record the actual temperature of the soldering iron tip, for example, 350 degrees! Then the value after calibration is set to 50, such as “Calibration 50”. Calculation formula: Calibration value = Actual temperature – Set temperature.

    • Note: Before calibration, the value after calibration must be set to 0, such as “Calibration 0”.

    • Menu : HSL 2
You can adjust the appropriate brightness according to your needs. “100” is the brightest and “2” is the darkest. It is recommended to adjust it to “2” to protect the screen.

    • Menu: DMH 120
When the menu is in “Sleep On 120”, it means that the worker does not use the soldering iron (automatically detects whether it is in use  for soldering) and starts to stop heating after 120 seconds, and it will automatically heat when picked up.
When the menu is in “Sleep Off”, it means that it is turned off and automatically detects whether there is a worker using it, and the soldering iron will always be in a heating state.

    • Menu: SCR 60
When the menu is in “Off Screen On 60”, it means that the screen will be turned off for 60 seconds after the button is not operated, and the screen will automatically light up when the button is operated. When the menu is “Off”, the display will keep displaying.

    • Menu: POW 1.0
This menu indicates whether the quality of the power supply is stable. If the power supply is unstable, the value can be adjusted appropriately. If the main menu shows insufficient power, it is recommended to replace the power supply.

    • Menu: LAN
When you select “Language” and enter CHS ENG select the appropriate language for display according to your needs.

    • Menu: RTN
When this menu is selected and the OK button is pressed, it will return to the main interface of temperature display
      Power selection:
DC power supply DC12~24V. The higher the voltage, the higher the current is at 24V and the lowest 3A, and the faster the heating speed. On the contrary, the lower the voltage, the lower the current is at least 1.5A, and the heating speed is slightly slower. Power selection as shown below.
