Product Usage Instructions

Assembly Instructions:

  1. Take out all packages.
  2. Take out the main frame and open it until the black connecting line is straight.
  3. Insert the left handlebar into the main frame by pressing the red button at the bottom and then pressing the spring button down to insert the left leg into the main frame.
  4. Insert the right handlebar into the main frame in a similar manner to the left side.
  5. Insert the front wheel into the front tube and use a star screw to fix them. Ensure the screw head fits the regular hexagonal hole.
  6. Hang up the shopping bag on the designated hook.

Handle Adjustment:
The rollator’s handles can be adjusted in height to suit different users. Depress the spring button and set it to the desired height. Repeat for the opposite side, ensuring both handles are secure and set at the same height before use.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

  1. Take out all packages.

  1. Take out the main frame and open it till the black connecting line straight.
  2. Step one, press the red button at the bottom. Insert the left handle bar into the main frame.
    Step two, press the spring button down then insert the left leg into the main frame.

  2. Insert the front wheel into front tube then use star screw to fix them. Make sure the screw head fit the regular hexagonal hole.

HANDLE ADJUSTABLE

The rollator’s handles can be adjusted in height to suit different users. Simply depress the spring button and set it to the desired height. Repeat for the opposite side and make sure that both handles are secure and set at the same height before use.

BRAKE OPERATION ADJUSTMENT

  1. Pull up on brake handle lever to slow the roller
  2. Push down on the brake handle lever to lock the rear wheels, pull up on the brake lever handle to release the lock
  3. Brakes must be applied in the lock position when the seat is going to be used. pre check the lock by pushing forward on the roller.

Brake adjustment should be carried out as follows:
Turn the adjusting screw anti-clockwise to increase the tension then lock the adjustment locking nut clockwise whilst holding the adjuster screw stationary. Brake adjustment reduced to allow light pressure may be ineffective on the brake position.

MAINTENANCE

Over a period of time, the brake cables may stretch, and if no further adjustments can be made, the cables should be replaced. Ask qualified technician for help when replacing brake cables. The castors should be checked that they are secure each time before using the roller. Also, check the brakes operate correctly and the handles and hand knobs are secure. Should any part of the roller appear loose or insecure discontinue use until it is inspected by an qualified technician. The following shows the maintenance schedule:

  • Weekly
    • Check brake for malfunction
    • Check all wheels and castors for loose bolts and nuts and knobs.
  • Periodically
    • Check hand grips for wear
    • Check frame bolts are secure
    • Check front and rear axle bolts are secure
    • Check for wear or crack
