Flakelovers Elektro Flocker for Grain
Dear Customer,
I am very pleased that you have purchased the new Flakelover electric flaker
and welcome you to the world of fresh grains. Those who flake fresh enjoy the
variety, great taste and all the flavor of the whole grain.
It’s so easy to make fresh flakes. Try your flake lover right now and enjoy a
tasty and healthy meal. I wish you much pleasure and healthy appetite. And – I
also look forward to your feedback.
Glad to have you onboard!
SHORT GUIDE
Before the first use:
Flake 2 tablespoons of naked oats and then discard the flakes away.
By doing this, you will remove possible dirt from the fabrication process from
the surface of the stainless steel flaker rollers.
Commissioning
- Plug the power cord into the power outlet and into the device.
- Place the bowl for the flakes under the outlet.
- Fill the desired material into the hopper, e.g. naked oats from organic farming.
- Switch on the device. Switch off after flaking.
PRECAUTIONS AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before using your flakelover for the first time, please read carefully.
Selection of grain or other grains: Buy only cleaned grains.
Preferably organically grown.
You can also “flake” spices.
After flaking spices, you should flake a small amount of grain (e.g., wheat)
to thereby clean the stainless steel rollers of residue.
If you do not do this, your next flakes may taste “seasoned”.
Oilseeds can also be flaked, e.g. sunflower seeds. Afterwards, it makes sense
to clean the rollers. (See Page 4 below).
The electric flaker is an electric appliance and may only be operated under
supervision (and not by children alone).
Warning
Under no circumstances should you reach into the rollers or insert objects
(such as spoons, screwdrivers, etc.). Non-compliance may result in injuries
(e.g. injuries to the fingers) and damage to the stainless steel rollers.
Cleaning
The unit must never be immersed in water or other liquids.
For cleaning, only wipe the outside of the housing with a very light damp
cloth. No water should enter the flaker.
You can take out the flaking unit (see the video on
www.mockbake.com/videos) and clean the
rollers with a small brush.
You loosen the funnel with the small, black lever. If you have lifted off the
black funnel – the upper part – for this purpose, the device cannot start.
A small switch – microswitch – immediately cuts off the power to the motor.
