User Instructions
Connect the charging pad to power supply through provided USB-C cable and 30W
power adapter.
Indicator Light

The green indicator lights up after connecting to the power supply and automatically turns off after three seconds when the charging station enters standby mode.

The wireless charging indicator lights up when charging devices.

When the green indicator light is on, the charging station is in normal
charging mode. -
When there are foreign objects, high temperature, low temperature, over voltage, over current. etc., the indicator light will flash.

When devices are removed, the indicator Light turns off.
Troubleshooting
- Update the device to the latest operating system.
- Make sure your device supports wireless charging.
- Make sure to use the included charging cable and adapter.
- Avoid thick device covers.
- Avoid high ambient temperature. Optimal temperature is 82-86″ F,
- When the phone or watch cannot be fully charged, try the following: Open [Settings]-[Battery Health]-[Turn off battery optimization].
- When earbud batteries are too low to be charged, take the earbuds out of their case and charge the case separately.
- When the red light flashes, indicating abnormal charging, check if there are foreign objects around the charging station.
Precautions
Take the following precautions to avoid abnormal charging, high charging
temperature, intermittent charging, or preventing charging.
- Do not stretch the silicone sections, otherwise it will easily damage the precision components under the silicone and affect charging.
- Please do not drop, strike or disassemble the charger.
- Please make sure your device is Qi-compatible or has a Qi receiver kit (not included).
- Your phone should be MagSafe compatible or equipped with a magnetic accessory (e.g., a magnetic phone case) in order to utilize magnetic charging.
- The included 30W power adapter and cable are required for the fast wireless charging features.
- Do not use or store the magnetic wireless charger in a hot or humid environment as it may damage the circuitry.
- A magnet may interfere with the magnetic charging of the product or cause malfunctions. To avoid Indirect interference, please keep magnetic chip cards (e.g. ID cards, credit cards) or medical devices (e.g., pulse measuring device, hearing aid) at least 20 cm away from the product and more than 30 cm for wireless charging.
