Warm tips
For a better hearing experience, you will need about 1 -2 months to get used
to the hearing aids.
READ BEFORE USE
If devices whistling, please do as follows:
- When the power indicator on charging case is below 10, please charge it.
- Clean your ear canal before wearing.
- Chose and change earbuds to fit your ear canal.
- Hearing aids should be worn in the correct direction and tightly fitted.
- Make sure nothing cover on microphone.
- . Adjust the volume by one tap from “level 2” and increase gradually.

HOW TO WEAR CORRECTLY
- Clean your ear canal before wearing.
- Take out and hold the long handle of hearing aids with your index and thumb finger.
- Wear the devices and adjust them to fit snugly in your ear canal(the long handle point to your mouth). (If whistling, please replace the earbuds.) 10o_ 15o
Tips: Using proper earbuds and wearing them correctly helps avoid squealing.
TIPS FOR REPLACING EARBUDS
Model A
Bowl Shape Earbuds
- Flip out the edge of the earbuds
- Install earbuds onto the hearing aids
- Restore the edge of the earbuds
Model B
Special Shape Earbuds

Distinguishing earbuds’ bumps

Flip out the edge of the earbuds

Install earbuds onto hearing aids

Place the earbuds’ bumps against the holes
OPERATION TOUCH COMMANDS

Auto Turn ON/OFF:
Take out of the charging case/put back to the charging case and close the lid -
Manual Turn ON/OFF:
Long press 3s/Long press 6s
Note: Wait for about 1 Os then the hearing aids work.
PHONE CALL
Answer the phone
(Single Touch)
Hang up the phone
(Long press 2s)
Reject the call
(Long press 2s)
INDICATOR LIGHT DESCRIPTION

Blue:
Working -
Red:
- Low power
- The left and right headphones not pairing
- Charging
Note: below When 10, the battery charging bar falls case is no longer working.
You need to turn on/off manually.
How to right solve the headphones problem can’t that be the paired left ?
Put both hearing aids back to the charging case, long press the reset button
until red light turn Blue.
If using, any please abnormalities put them occur back duringand press the
reset button.
LEVELS HEARING LOSS ADJUSTMENT
BLUETOOTH CONNECTION

Turn on the device’s Bluetooth search.

Open the charging case, the devic will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

Select from the Bluetooth list of your device and click to connect.
