Virso is the upgraded microphone system that transmits audio using 2.4GHz wireless frequency, with the characteristics of compact and portable, powerful functions. It’s suitable for live streaming, interview, lecturing, video recording, etc.
Please read this manual carefully before using to make sure the correct operation and exert the optimum function.

Operation Instruction
Transmitter (Virso TX)
Indicators Instruction
Battery Level Indicator
- The indicator will be constant on blue after powered on.
- The indicator will be const ant on red when the battery level is below 10%, while blue when the battery level is above 10%.
- The indicator will be constant on yellow in charging, then turn to green after fully charged.
Pairing Indicator
- The indicator will be off when the transmitter is powered on but unpaired, flash blue in every 0.5s when pairing. It will be constant on blue after paired, or off after pairing failed.
Recording/Mute Indicator
- The indicator will flash red in every 0.5s when recording, and turn off when not in recording.
- The indicator will be constant on red in mute mode, and turn to original color when mute mode is off.
- Turn on the recording function in mute mode, the indicator will flash red for 3s and then be constant on red.
Indicators instruction in connecting to the computer
- The U disk is closed: the battery level indicator will be constant on orange (charging mode).
- The U disk is open: the battery level indicator will be constant on red, the pairing indicator will be off and the pairing function is turned off.
- If you press the recording/pairing button to record when connected to computer, the recording/mute indicator will be constant on red and the pairing function is turned on.
Buttons Instruction
Power Switch/Mute Button
- Long press for 2 seconds to turn on or off the device, short press to turn on or off mute mode.
Recording/Pairing Button
- Short press to turn on or off the record mode (the audio files will automatically back up), long press to start pairing.
Computer-triggered Storage
- It will enter charging mode by default after connecting to the computer with Type-C data cable, then short press the power switch/mute button, the computer will recognize the storage function and eject the U disk.
Note: Recording is not available when the U disk is open, and the U disk can not be opened when recording.
Open the U disk, the “RECORD” folder is the recorded files saved, the “RECINFO” TXT file is the information related to the recorded files. This product records and saves 255 files in recycle by default (001 – 255), after which it will be over written from the first file.
Note: To ensure that the recorded files are not lost, it is recommended
to delete certain old files after more than 255 files are saved. If the
largest numbered file is deleted (e.g. the 255th), the next file will be saved
sequentially (the 255th). If you delete the first or middle numbered file
(e.g. 1st or 100th), the next file will be saved from the beginning (1st).
Make sure the memory card has enough space to store the files. If the above
requirements are not met, abnormalities may occur.
The recorded files are in WAV format, and there will be one file stored when
the recording function is triggered once. The default duration of an audio
file is 30 minutes.
In case of less than 30 minutes, it will still be stored as one file. If it
exceeds 30 minutes, the exceeded part will automatically be stored as another
file.
Restore to Factory Setting
Slightly stab the reset hole to reset the transmitter, it will shut down after
resetting.
Note: If the transmitter cannot be turned on due to long-term idle use or
other reasons, put it into the charging case or connect to power source via
Type-C port, take out after the device has been charged, then press and hold
the power switch button for 10 seconds to reset.
Receiver (Virso RX)
Indicators Instruction
A/B group pairing indicator will be constant on blue after A/B group is paired respectively, and off when A/B group is unpaired or disconnected.
Buttons Instruction
Power Switch/Return Button
- Long press to turn on or off the device. Short press in the menu interface can return to the main interface, while short press in the main interface can realize screen rotation.
Menu Button
- Short press it in the main interface to enter menu interface. Long press the power switch/return button and the menu button at the same time for 4s, “Resetting” will display on the panel, then the receiver will reboot after resetting. Short press it in menu interface can return to the main interface.
Select/Confirm Dial
- Short press in the main interface to adjust volume quickly, while turn and short press in the menu interface can set and adjust functions.
Functions Instruction
Backlight
- Short press the menu button to enter the menu interface, turn the select/confirm dial to backlight and short press to enter backlight setting, then turn the select/confirm dial to adjust backlight time (10s/30s/60s) and short press to confirm the setting, finally short press the power switch/return button or menu button to return to the main interface.
Track
- Short press the menu button to enter the menu interface, turn the select/confirm dial to track and short press to enter track setting, then turn the select/confirm dial to switch track (Stereo/- Mono/Safety) (Safety is – 6dB and only in Mono mode) and short press to confirm the setting, finally short press the power switch/return button or menu button to return to the main interface.
Volume
- Short press the menu button to enter the menu interface, turn the select/confirm dial to volume and short press to enter volume setting, then turn and short press the select/confirm dial to choose A/B group volume, continue to turn it to adjust A/B group volume (turn clockwise to increase while counterclockwise to decrease from Oto 20), short press again to confirm the setting, finally short press the power switch/return button or menu button to return to the main interface.
Language
- Short press the menu button to enter the menu interface, turn the select/confirm dial to language and short press to enter language setting, then turn the select/confirm dial to switch language between Chinese and English, and short press to confirm the setting, finally short press the power switch/return button or menu button to return to the main interface.
Pair
- Short press the menu button to enter the menu interface, turn the select/confirm dial to pair and short press to enter pair setting, then turn the select/confirm dial to choose A/B group and short press to start pairing, “Pairing” will display on the panel, then Short press the menu button to “Pairing Success” will display if paired, otherwise “Pairing failed” will display in case unpaired, finally short press the power switch/return button or menu button to return to the main interface.
Denoise
- Short press the menu button to enter the menu interface, turn the select/confirm dial to denoise and short press to enter denoise setting, then turn the select/confirm dial to switch on or off the denoise
function, and short press to confirm the setting, finally short press the power switch/return button or menu button to return to the main interface.
Restore to Factory Setting
Long press the power switch/return button and menu button at the same time for 4s, “Resetting” will display on the panel, then the receiver will reboot after resetting. Or slightly stab the reset hole to reset the receiver, it will shut down after resetting.
Note: If the receiver cannot be turned on due to long- term idle use or other reasons, put it into the charging case or connect to power source via Type-C port, take out after the device has been charged, then press and hold the power switch button for 10 seconds to reset.
Charging Case (ML-C4)
Pairing Button
Put the transmitter and receiver into the charging case, short press the pairing button to trigger the pairing process. The receiver’s panel will lighten on and display battery levels of the transmitter and receiver, while the transmitter will flash green once at the same time after successful paired.
Note: Note: After clearing the pairing information inside the charging case, the transmitter needs about 2s before recovering to a stable state and ready to pair again, otherwise the pairing may be failed.
Charging Indicators (four)
Self- charging : the indicators will breathe in white increasingly, and all be constant on white after fully charged.
Charging the transmitter and receiver: the indicators will breathe in white decreasingly along with its battery level.
Installation Instruction

Insert the omnidirectional lavalier microphone into the transmitter’s 3.5mm audio input port, clip the transmitter onto the belt. Or use the built-in microphone directly with the transmitter clipped onto the collar.

Connect the receiver to the camera with the back clip. Insert one end of the 3.5mm TRS-TRS audio connect cable into the receiver’s 3.5mm audio output port, and the other end into camera’s MIC port. Then insert the earphone into the 3.5mm monitoring port to monitor.

Troubleshooting
Unable to receive audio signal.
Make sure batteries are installed correctly and Power Switch is turned on. Check if the transmitter and the receiver are set to the same channel, if the microphone or earphone is well connected, or if the devices are set to the correct mode.
Check if the transmitter is set to mute mode or not.
Signal disturbance or shooting interference.
Change a different channel of the transmitter and receiver.
Operating audio distance limited or signal missing.
Check if batteries are exhausted. If so, replace them.
Maintenance
- Avoid falling. Strong collision or vibration may malfunction the device.
- Keep dry. This product is not water- proof. Malfunction, rust, and corrosion may occur and go beyond repair if soaked in water or exposed to high humidity.
- Avoid sudden temperature changes. Condensation happens in sudden temperature changes such as the circumstance when taking the product out of a building with higher temperature to outside in winter. Please put the product in a handbag or plastic bag beforehand.
- Keep away from strong magnetic field. The strong static or magnetic field produced by devices such as radio transmitters leads to malfunction.
Changes made to the specifications or designs may not be reflected in this manual.
