Warning: To avoid injury, please read this instruction manual carefully before use.

Tube Bender Operating Instructions

Install the Mandrel and Crossbar
Place the crossbar into the corresponding slot in the tube bender, tighten the locking screw. Place the tube bender vertically, then, release the handle by pulling the handle out to reset the rack. Insert the mandrel into the pushing head.

Place the Copper Pipe
Rotate the sizing wheel to select a correct notch size, and place the copper pipe into the notch of the sizing wheel. (Incorrectly placed notch will result in failure of the bending)

Bend Tube
Press and release the handle until the desired angle is reached. Note: The maximum bending angle is 90°

Release Tube
Place the bender vertically, then, release the handle by pulling handle out to lower the rack. Wiggle the copper tube to remove.

Reverse Bender

Reverse Bending Installation
Insert the Reverse Bending Top Block into the pushing head and tighten the locking screw B, place the Reverse Bending Retaining Block into the corresponding slot and tighten the locking screw C, place the tube bender vertically, then, release the handle by pulling handle out to reset the rack .NAVAC-NTB7-Ratcheting-Tube-Bender-FIG-5

Install the Mandrel and Crossbar
Place the crossbar and tighten the lock screw A. Insert the mandrel into the base. ( note: need to flip the mandrel to the back.)NAVAC-NTB7

Place the Copper Pipe
Rotate the sizing wheel to select a correct notch size, and place the copper pipe into the notch of the sizing wheel. (Incorrectly placed notch will fail the bending)

Bend Tube

Release Tube
Place the bender vertically, then, release the handle by pulling the handle out to lower the rack. Wiggle the copper tube to remove it.

Note: When the handle is stuck, please check if the Rack, Handle, and Drive Pawl are clogged.
