SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Make sure that the product is completely assembled before using it for the first time.
  • Do not turn on the power before the product is completely assembled. The product must only be used in the upright position, never horizontally or when it is lying on its side.
  • The product should only be connected to a 100–240V~, 50/60Hz electrical outlet.
  • Use only with the adaptor provided: HCX0751-0501500E
  • Place the product where there is no risk of people tripping over its mains lead.
  • The product is only intended for indoor use in a dry, clean environment. Never position the product in such a way that it might fall into water or other liquid.
  • Never use it in the bathroom or in humid environments.
  • Never use the product in areas where explosive gases or substances are stored.
  • Never position the product where it could come into contact with hot surfaces.
  • Never insert foreign objects through the safety grille or housing. Doing so could result in an electric shock or a mechanical hazard.
  • Make sure that there is no risk of long hair or curtains being sucked into the air intake of the fan.
  • Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or high temperatures from sources such as heaters and fireplaces.
  • Never turn the product off by pulling the plug out of the wall socket. Turn off the product using the power button and then unplug it from the wall socket.
  • Always unplug the product from the wall socket when it is not in use. Always grip the plug when unplugging, never pull the mains lead.
  • Never lay the mains lead over hot surfaces, sharp edges or corners.
  • Unplug the product from the wall socket immediately if you detect a burning smell, hear an unusual sound or if the product starts operating abnormally.
  • The product may be used by children of 8 years and older and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capability or lack of experience and knowledge provided they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
  • Never let children play with the product.
  • Persons (including children) whose physical, sensory or mental capability or lack of experience and knowledge means that they cannot use the product in a safe way must not use it without supervision or instruction.
  • Never attempt to repair or modify the product in any way.
  • Cleaning and user maintenance must not be performed by children without adult supervision.
  • Never use the product if it does not work properly or if the housing, mains lead or plug is damaged in any way.
  • The supply cord cannot be replaced. If the cord is damaged the appliance should be scrapped.
  • Do not permit the area around the humidifier to become damp or wet. If dampness occurs, turn the output of the humidifier down. If the humidifier output volume cannot be turned down, use the humidifier intermittently.
  • Do not allow absorbent materials. Such as carpeting, curtains, drapes, or tablecloths, to become damp.
  • Be aware that high humidity levels may encourage the growth of biological organisms in the environment.
  • Never leave water in the reservoir when the appliance is not in use.
  • Empty and clean the appliance before storage. Clean the appliance before next use.
  • Unplug the appliance during filling and cleaning.

GET STARTED!

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

Plug in the adaptor into the product and after that plug the adaptor into the wall socket.

USE

Can be used as an ordinary fan or as an air cooler fan by adding cold water or ice.
Open the water tank cover, fill the water tank with cold water or ice. Water tank capacity is 650 ml, do not exceed MAX mark.
Press fan speed switch to turn on the appliance.
The fan will start at highest speed and all 3 indicator lights will be lit up.
Press fan speed switch to adjust the fan speed.
This appliance has 3 fan speed mode and speed is indicated by lit up indicator light(s).
Low speed – 1 indicator light, medium speed – 2 indicator lights, high speed – 3 indicator lights.
The airflow can be adjusted upwards, straight ahead or downwards by angling the “air outlet grille” in the desired direction.
Light switch is only functional when the appliance is turned on. Press light switch to select light indicator brightness.

CARE AND CLEANING

  • Clean the water tank every three days.
  • We recommend that the product to be cleaned at least once a month and before storage.
  • Make sure the air cooler is switched off and unplugged.
  • Remove excessive water from the water tank and wipe the water tank with a dry cloth.
  • Use a dry cloth to clean the external surface.

CLEANING FILTER

Open air outlet assembly, remove filter and then wash it under water, after drying, re-place it into air outlet assembly, finally attach to the air cooler.

Care And Cleaning

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

By law the product must be returned to the place of purchase along with the original receipt in the event of a complaint. The user is liable for any damage to the product that is caused by not using the product for its intended purpose or by not following this user manual correctly. The right of complaint will not apply in these instances.

ENVIRONMENT AND RECYCLING

 When the product is used up, leave it for recycling according to local waste disposal regulations. Note that the product must not be disposed of with normal household waste.
