Product Information

This product is a mattress or topper sold by zwoong.com. It comes with a 120-night test sleeping period and a 10-year warranty (if purchased from zwoong.com). The mattress/topper should be unpacked, unfolded, and allowed to settle for 6 hours before use. Proper maintenance includes regular ventilation, turning the mattress/topper 4 times a year, and vacuum cleaning.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Unpack the mattress or topper by removing it from the box and removing the outer plastic. Do not use a knife for this step.
2. Place the still-compressed mattress in its proper place on the bed.
3. Cut open the vacuum pack with a provided knife. The mattress will now take its original shape.
4. Wait for 6 hours to allow the mattress/topper to settle.
5. Proper maintenance includes ventilation, turning the mattress/topper 4 times a year to redistribute weight, and vacuum cleaning.

1. Unpack
   Easy: take your mattress or topper out of the box and remove the outer plastic. Do not use the knife for this!

2. Unfold
   Place the still-compressed mattress already at it’s proper place on the bed.

3. Cut open
   Cut the vacuum pack open with the knife. Your mattress will now take it’s original shape.

Waiting
The hardest part: wait 6 hours until your first nap. That’s how long your mattress or topper needs to get settled.

Maintaining your zwoong®

Proper maintenance of your mattress or topper is extremely important to maximize it’s life.
Follow these golden tips to continue enjoying your zwoong® for years to come:

Ventilation
Both your room and your mattress or topper need fresh air. Make it a ritual to open your window every morning and put your duvet at your foot end. This way you can optimally ventilate your zwoong® on a daily basis.

Turn around
Turn the foot and head of your mattress 4 times a year to redistribute the weight. For the topper, you can also change the top and bottom. The rotation of your mattress or topper is very important to ensure its durability.
Do you easily forget to do this? Put a recurring reminder in your phone’s calendar or do this every time the seasons change.

Washing
Some zwoongs® have a washable cover. Below are the specific instructions for your mattress or topper.

Zwoong® Comfort, Deluxe & Topper
Wash the cover about annually or whenever you feel it is necessary.

Zwoong® Hotel
Because of the integrated topper, the cover of the Zwoong® Hotel mattress is not removable or washable. Ventilating the mattress is therefore very important. Stains can be removed from the mattress with a light soap and water soak and a soft sponge.

Zwoong® Bamboo
Wash the cover about annually or when you feel it is necessary.

Vacuum cleaning
Although the cover of your zwoong® is an-ti-allergic, it never hurts to vacuum both your mattress or topper and bedroom regularly. Preferably use a vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter and work with a clean brush.

Extend your warranty for free

When you bought your mattress or topper at zwoong.com you get a standard 10 year warranty. Did you buy your mattress elsewhe-re (e.g. Bol.com, Amazon, Conforama, …)? Then you get a standard 5-year warranty.
