DEVICE DESCRIPTION:

TIPS ON THE SAFETY OF USE
- Read carefully this manual before using the appliance.
- Never leave the appliance within reach of children without supervision.
- Do not use the appliance outdoors. This appliance has been designed for domestic use only, do not use it outdoors.
- Unplug your appliance and clean it as soon as you have finished using it.
- Do not use your appliance if it has been damaged. Please contact an approved service centre for repair.
- Do not immerse the appliance, its cord and plug in water or any other fluids!
- Never allow the power cord to hang down within reach of children or persons operating the appliance.
- Never leave the power cord hanging over sharp edges and keep it away from hot surfaces.
- If the power cord or the plug are damaged, do not use the appliance. To avoid any risk, these must be replaced by an approved service centre.
- Never touch the whisk or dough hook while using the appliance. Do not let hair, scarves, etc., hang over the appliance when in operation.
- Before taking the mixer to pieces and removing the accessories and attachments remember to unplug the appliance.
- Never use accessories of different functions at the same time.
- The power cord must never be close to or in contact with the hot parts of your appliance. Keep the power cord away from a source of heat or a sharp edge.
- This appliance is not intended for use by children under 8 years of age and individuals with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be carried out by children without supervision.
- Store the appliance and its cord out of reach of children under 8 years of age.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- The use of any accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may result in damage of the appliance, fire or injuries.
- Do not stand the roaster in vicinity of electric and gas cookers, burners, ovens etc.
- Turn off the device and unplug it from an outlet before replacing the equipment or approaching moving parts during use.
- Do not plug the power cord with wet hands.
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning, assembling or dismantling.
- Before you start working with the appliance, make sure all its elements are properly assembled.
- Do not leave the appliance without supervision in course of its operation.
- Do not unplug by pulling the cord.
- Use on a flat, stable surface.
- Keep your children safe: do not leave any parts of the pack aging readily accessible (i.e. plastic bags, cardboard boxes, polystyrene inserts, etc.).
- WARNING! Never let children play with plastic bags. Choking/ asphyxiation hazard!
DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE

BEFORE FIRST USE
- Take the appliance out of the box, remove all protective cardboards and foil.
- Wash the parts which come in contact with the food.
- Make sure that your power mains parameters match the nameplate ratings of the appliance.
USING THE MIXER

Before assembling the appliance, make sure that the power cord is not connected to the power socket and that the speed control knob ① is set to “0”.

Install the whipping whisks ⑤ or the dough hooks ⑥ in the mixer sockets ⑦. Place the flanged hook in the larger socket, and the other hook in the smaller socket. The whipping whisks ⑤ are identical and can be installed in either socket ⑦. You will hear a distinctive click if the parts are installed correctly.
REMEMBER! Check whether the parts are assembled correctly after each installation of the whisks or hooks. Components may fall out of the device during work, if they are not installed properly.
The whipping whisk ⑤ is used, for example, to mix egg yoke with sugar, create creams or omelets and pancake dough. The dough hook ⑥ is used to mix short crust, yeast, cheese cake and gingerbread doughs. -
Place the ingredients in a bowl of appropriate volume depending on their amount.

Connect the device to the mains.

Insert the whisk or the hook into the bowl, turn on the appliance by switching the control knob ① from “1” to “5”.
REMEMBER! When mixing, it is advisable to set the speed to the lowest level with a step by-step increase of the rotation speed. To avoid spilling loose ingredients, before pouring them into a bowl, it is desirable to reduce the rotation speed to the lowest level.
REMEMBER! Never insert knives, forks, spoons, and other such items into the bowl during mixing. -
The appliance is equipped with a TURBO button ③, which turns on its maximum speed. It works in pulse mode, only while you are holding the button ③.

The appliance should only be used for a maximum of 5 minutes at a time. Wait for 20 minutes before using it again.

Switch the knob ① to “0” and disconnect the appliance from the mains when you are finished.

To take out the hooks or the whisks press the release button ②.
REMEMBER! When you are using the dough hooks to mix dough, flour may disperse
to the edges of the bowl. Gather it with a spatula after turning the mixer
off.
CAUTION! The release button ② works only when the control knob ① is set
to the “0” position
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Unplug the appliance.
- Clean the housing with a damp cloth.
- Wash the whisks or dough hooks under running water. Do not wash metal parts in a dishwasher. Aggressive cleaning agents used in such machines cause that a/m parts get darker. Clean them manually with traditional washing up liquids. Rinse and dry.
- It is recommended to clean the accessories as soon as you have finished using the appliance. This will allow to remove deposited sediments. It prevents the leftovers from drying out, which makes cleaning more effective and easier, it also prevents bacteria from reproducing.
NOTE! Do not clean the appliance using sharp items, abrasive pastes,
solvents and other strong chemical agents which may cause damage to the
appliance.
NOTE! To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not clean the appliance
with water and do not immerse it in water.

the product expires, it should not be disposed with other type of municipal
waste. Used equipment may have a negative impact on the environment and health
of people due to potentially containing hazardous substances, mixtures and
components. Mixing electric waste with other types of waste or disassembling
those in an unprofessional manner may cause a release of substances that are
hazardous to the environment and health. Used equipment should be handed-over
to a point for collection of electric waste. In order to obtain detailed
information regarding the electric waste collection points, the user should
contact the municipal point of electric waste collection or used equipment
processing department.
