Product Usage Instructions
Device Operation
To start up the device:
- Configure the default name and password for the router:
- Name: RIOPTIX
- Password: J4s7AKv4rDjUE518
- Turn on the device.
KEEP ALIVE: The device uploads information when it wakes up regularly. It includes a current photo, battery status, and other information.
USB Slot: Use the USB slot for power supply or charging.
Sensors:
- REED: Magnet sensor. When the magnet is removed, it triggers the device to take pictures and upload them.
- TOUCH: Touch sensor. When the human body touches it, it triggers the device to take pictures and upload them.
- PIR: Human body induction infrared sensor. It detects a living body and triggers the device to take pictures and upload them.
After triggering, wait for 10-20 seconds. If you hear two beeps, it means the image upload is successful. If you don’t hear two beeps, it means the upload is unsuccessful. You can check the uploaded images in the back-end server using the corresponding serial number.
FCC Compliance
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
- This device may not cause harmful interference.
- This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Please follow these guidelines to minimize interference:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
FCC RF Exposure Warning Statements: This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This equipment shall be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and the body.

Device Operation

A, Firstly configure the default name and password for the router:

Password: J4s7AKv4rDjUE518 -
B, ON/OFF, turn on to start up the device.

C, Please be referred to the procedures of adding devices to add new devices to the server.

D, KEY Button(CHECKS)
The main button, after adding the device to the server for the first time, short press the key button, the device will take a photo and send the current photo and battery info to the server, this operation is for verifying if the device and the server have been connected successfully.
The detailed operations: short press the key button, you will hear a short beep sound, after 10-20 seconds, you will hear two beep sounds, this means the photo has been uploaded successfully, otherwise, it is failed, you need to check the server.
KEEP ALIVE is the information uploaded by the device when it wakes up regularly as set. After the device wakes up regularly, it uploads a current photo, battery status and other information. -
E, USB slot: Power supply/Charging USB
