INSTALLATION
-
The Gas Cylinder should be placed vertically and should not tilt.
-
The cooktop should be placed at a convenient working height against a wall.
It should be kept away from shelves and curtains. -
Windows should be closed and the use of fans should be avoided during its operation.
-
The flexible tube connecting the cylinder to the cooktop should be gas resistant
and of an approved brand. It should not be longer than a meter and should be
kept away from any source of heat. The tube should not be subjected to external
pressure, twisted or sharply looped. -
When the cooktop is not in operation ensure that the regulating knobs on the
cooktop in the “OFF” position and the regulating valve on the cylinders is “CLOSED”. -
Push the rubber hose onto the inlet nozzle as far as it goes.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

To light the cooktop, open the regulating valve, light a match stick and hold it close to the burner
port. Now press the corresponding regulating knob and turn it anticlockwise to the “ON” position. -
The auto ignition models are provided with one touch multi-spark battery operated auto ignition
(no electric connection required). Just turn the knob to put on the flame. -
In case the Auto Ignition does not work replace the battery.

In some models, separate push button switch is provided for ignition. Turn the knob “ON”,
simultaneously press the switch to put on the flame. -
To turn off the flame, turn the regulating knob to the “OFF” position.

During cooking, ensure that the ingredients being cooking do not overflow, which may extinguish
the flame or choke the burner ports. -
In case of leakage of Gas or any other defect, report to you gas dealer and get the cooktop
checked/rectified by an authorized person only.
CAUTIONS
- Use Liquified Petroleum Gas (L.P.G.) only.
- Make sure that the room is well ventilated
- Use the stove for domestic cooking only.
- Use only standard rubber hose meant for L.P.G. Stoves.
- Don not use Vinyl Plastic hose, as it is very highly inflammable.
- See that the hole sin the burners are not clogged.
- Switch off fan in the kitchen when the stove is in use.
- Do not apply excessive pressure to the gas control knob.
- Do not allow children to handle your gas stove.
- Wipe and dry burner before fixing, in case of washing it.
- Any difficulty in starting or in the functioning of your Gas Stove, contact an Authorized Dealer,
Service Centre/Manufacturer for assistance.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

Real all the instructions carefully and be thoroughly familiar with your gas stove before use.

Ensure that all the Accessories & Burners are fixed properly before turning on the gas stove.

Make sure there are no inflammable substances near the gas stove. The rubber gas hose should
not come in contact with any part of gas stove and should not be kept underneath. -
While in use, avoid touching the pan supports of the gas stove, as they become very hot.

Check the gas hose regularly for wear and tear of leak.
-
Remember to keep the gas hose free from twist or sharp loops or any external pressure.

If gas leak is felt, take precaution not to operate an electric switch or light a match. Close the
main gas stove valve of the cylinder, open up all windows and call your gas supply agent for assistance. -
Ensure that the gas stove and gas cylinder valve are turned off when the gas stove is not in use.

Close supervision in necessary when your gas stove is used with children around.
