CAUTION
– Be careful not to give strong impact to the product or contact with water,

– Please remove the batteries when they are not used for along time,
– Keep batteries out of the reach of children.

– Be sure to check the positive(+) and negative(-) polarity of the batteries
to ensure proper installation.
– Incorrect installation of batteries may be the reason for product damage, as
well as the danger of fire and burs.
– There may be a confusion while operating the bluetooth function.
HOW TO USE
MODE
-
POWER ON/OFF (Button Long Click)
Press and hold the button for about 3 seconds to turn on or off the product. -
Normal Mode (Button One Click)
With the power on, briefly press the button to change between LED modes, -
Motion Sensor
The FANLIGHT is equipped with a motion sensor,
The clicking sound when shaking the light stick body is not a defect. -
Bluetooth Mode (Button Double Click)
Bluetooth mode connects SMTOWN applications and fanlight to enjoy vareity of contents, Double-click the button to switch to Bluetooth mode (blue blinking), and double-click the button again to return to normal mode.
If there is no connection with the app within 15 seconds of Bluetooth mode,
it automatically switches to normal mode,
The color change is not functioning in Bluetooth MODE, and it is not a product
defect.
The Fanlight can be controlled wirelessly only in normal mode. Please change
to normal mode and watch the concert in the concert hall
Replacing Batteries
- If the battery voltage is low, the power will automatically shut off, so please replace it with a new battery. Battery caution
– Please insert the batteries properly from the (-) to the (+) pole in order.
There may be a risk of rupture and leak due to heat in the reverse insertion.
– Remove the batteries immediately if it suddenly heats up.
(Don’t hold by hands as there may be a risk of bums.)
– Please use genuine alkaline AAA batteries.
(if it is not genuine, there may be a damage to the product. Please use a genuine battery.)
– Do not charge, disassemble, short circuit, or heat.
There may be a risk of injury due to explosion or leakage,
– Remove the batteries from the product after use it as the batteries may be leaked.
– Please use a new battery for each performance.
– Do not mix the batteries with new and used one.
– Do not store batteries in a pocket or bag without any package.
Warranty Period and Repair Service
– Any defect, replacement, or refund of the product, please contact your
dealer.
– The free warranty period is three months from the date of purchase at no
additional cost, Even within the warranty period, repair costs may be charged
if the defects of the product occur due to the customer’s fault.
– If the product is subject to repair it with cost, the shipping cost may be
charged.
– Repair service is only provided after requesting the service through an
email.
– When sending an email, please include the purchase receipt (including the
date of purchase) and details of the faulty evidence.
** Free Warranty Period: Product can be replaced within the free warranty
period (3 months after the purchase date) for the following reasons.
– Defects of operation of LED and Wireless. – Malfunction of the power button.
– Defects on the battery socket
– Package damage is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Paid repair service: Within the one (1) year after the date of purchase, the product can be repaired for following reasons,
– After the free warranty. (3 months after the date of purchase)
– Damages on the product or the circuit caused by customer’s fault.
– Disassemble the product for any modification.
– Damages on the circuit by using non-certified battery,
– Damage on the circuits by water (ie. using the product in the rain, soaked in water as powered on.

How to apply for the repair service
In the case of proper use, we will provide information on how to repair or
replace the product after consulting with the customer via phone call or
email.
In the event of improper use caused by the customer, we will provide a repair
cost estimate that includes logistics costs for customer service.
