Product Usage Instructions

How to Replace Manifold Assembly

  1. Remove the old manifold assembly from the air tank.
  2. Wrap the Teflon Tape (or the thread locker) around the threads of the new manifold assembly before re-installing.
  3. Attach the new manifold assembly to the air tank.
    • Tighten the manifold assembly until the air tank does not leak.
    • Test pressure with 5 lbs of pressure to check for leaks before use.
    • If leaking occurs, drain the tank and re-tighten.
    • Test pressure again before use.
  4. Repair is now complete.

General Safety Instructions

Danger: Always replace a damaged tank to prevent rupture or explosion.

Warning:

  1. Do not exceed 125 PSI. Recommended Operating Pressure: 85 psi – 125 psi.
  2. Overfilling may result in death or serious injury. Do not remove or deface label.
  3. Fill only from a service station or similar low-pressure air compressor system (0-125psi).
  4. Do not fill from any compressor air system charged with more than 125 psi.
  5. Replace filter valves, air hose, and gauge with the fittings. Deflate tank before removing fittings.
  6. This product is not designed for breathing or dispersing liquids or solids.
  7. Always use an in-line air dryer or compressed air from an air dryer system when filling the tank.

  • Q: Can I exceed the recommended operating pressure?
    • A: No, do not exceed 125 PSI. The recommended operating pressure is between 85 psi and 125 psi.

GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Do not alter or tamper with the safety relief valve. In the event that the safety relief valve or product is tampered with, existing warranties shall be voided and the manufacturer disclaims any liability whatsoeverfor any loss, personal injury or damage.
  • This tank is stamped with a “DISCARD AFTER” date located below the tank manifold. Discard tank and do NOT use after this date has passed. Replace with new tank.

DANGER

  • NEVER attempt to repair or modify a tank. Welding, drilling or any other modification will weaken the tank resulting in damage from rupture or explosion. Always replace worn, damaged or cracked tanks.
  • Do not use to store or disperse liquids or flammable gases.
  • The tank must be drained from condensation regularly. Release air pressure from air tank by pulling safety relief ring before servicing or replacing parts.
  • NEVER DROP TANK!
  • STOP IMMEDIATE USE, IF TANK HAS BEEN DROPPED, DAMAGED, OR IS DENTED.

WARNING

  • Safety glasses must be worn during operation.
  • The tank must be drained from condensation regularly. Release air pressure from air tank by pulling safety relief ring before servicing or replacing parts.
  • Use compressed air from a dry air system only.
  • Store inside. Do not store outside or in direct sunlight.
  • Only use attachments rated at 125 psi minimum.
  • Check air hoses for weak or worn conditions before each use.
  • Make sure all connections are secure.

    • Tightened the manifold assembly until the air tank will not leak.
    • Test pressure with 5 lbs of pressure to check for leaks before use.
    • If leaking is still occurring, drain tank and re-tighten.
    • Test pressure again before use.
  4. Repair is now complete
