RX Mode Application Scenarios

RT3 is used as a Bluetooth receiver to receive audio playback from Bluetooth hosts such as mobile phones, tablets, and computers. The 3.5mm audio port of RT3 serves as an audio output port, connecting to headphones or speakers, or to the Aux-in port of other playback devices

Usage of Receiver Mode (RX)

① Confirm the RX/TX mode switch is pushed to the RX side, and long press the power button for 3 seconds to power on RT3.

② Connect the headphone device to RT3 using a 3.5mm audio cable.

③ Follow these steps to pairing

  1. Double click Power button to enter pairing

  2. Host side search and found Bluetooth device named RT3

④ Pairing the second device

After connecting the first device, double click the power button again to enter pairing mode (Red and Blue LED lights flash alternately and screen display “pairing…”). Search for RT3 on the second phone/tablet and connect it. *Remark:RT3 can connect to two devices, but at the same time, only one device’s audio can be played.

Remark: The audio encoding format depends on the type supported by the playback device, and the screen will display the audio encoding format of the device being played.
e.g; iPhone support AAC/SBC, not support APTX; Samsung S24U support APTX/SBC, not support AAC.

TX Mode Application Scenarios

RT3 is used as a Bluetooth Transmitter. Its 3.5mm audio port serves as an audio input port, connecting to the 3.5mm audio output port of mobile phones, tablets, computers, televisions, airplanes, treadmills, or gaming consoles. It then transmits audio playback to Bluetooth headphones or speakers paired with the RT3.

TX Mode Application Scenarios

  • Audio jack configurations on airplanes vary.
    For a single 3.5mm jack, first use the audio cable plug directly;
    For a dual output jack, use the included adapter.

① Confirm the RX/TX mode switch is pushed to the TX side, and long press the power button for 3 seconds to power on RT3.

② Connect the audio source device to the RT3 using a 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio cable.

③ Follow these steps to pairing:

① Put the Bluetooth earbuds to be used by entering pairing mode

② Double click Power button to enter pairing mode

③ Find a list of nearby Bluetooth devices that can be paired

④ Press the menu up/down buttons to select Bluetooth device, and press the confirm button to select and pair

⑤ Paired successfully

After connecting the first device, double click the power button again to enter pairing mode (Red and Blue LED lights flash alternately and screen display “searching…”), then RT3 will search a list of nearby Bluetooth devices that can be paired, use the volume up and down keys to perform menu up and down operations, select the name of the device you want to pair, and click the power button to confirm, then the second devices will be paired successfully.

Remarks:

  1. When paired with two devices in TX mode, the audio encoding format will automatically adapt to the lower format of the two devices. e.g: A is BOSE earphones that support APTX/SBC, B is Airpods that support AAC/SBC, the TX format will adapt to the common SBC format.
  2. When paired with the second device in TX mode, there will be a short interruption of the audio playback before resuming the normal process, which is a normal phenomenon of automatically adapting to the second device’s encoding format.
  3. When paired with two devices in TX mode, one device moves beyond a distance of 10 meters, it will disconnect from the RT3, causing a short interruption in audio playback on the other device, this is designed to adapt to the optimal audio decoding format.

Charging RT3

With a Type-C cable (attached with the package) to connect the adapter to USB port of your PC or charging source, the adapter will be charged. It takes about 1.5 hours for full charging. When charging, the LED indicator is RED, after charging finished, the LED indicator will turn to BLUE.

Remarks:

  1. RT3 supports using when charging, so there is no need to worry about battery life.
  2. When the battery runs out, it will automatically shut down, and requires charging to start up and work again.

  2. When adapter quality problems occur in normal use and not more than a year since the date of purchased, users can enjoy free repair services.

  3. The following situations don’t belong to the scope of warranty:
    A. No dealer signature or seal in warranty card.
    B. Artificial or force majeure cause damage.
    C. Machine to normal wear and tear.

  4. If the failure is caused by human factors, beyond the warranty period or force majeure factors, we will charge maintenance fees.
