Your Police Security® Colt-R™ rechargeable headlamp is perfect for everyday use. It provides a powerful, portable light source for use around the home, office, or anywhere you need extra light.

Using the Colt-R™ Lighting Modes:
Press the On/Off LED switch or the On/Off COB switch to turn on the head lamp (Image A).
Lightly press the On/Off switch to cycle through each mode sequence.

LED:
Mode 1: High
Mode 2: Low
COB:
Mode 1: High
Mode 2: Night Vision
Mode 3: Red Flash

Using Turbo Mode:

Hold down the On/Off LED switch or the On/Off COB switch for 2 seconds to activate the Turbo Mode. Turbo Mode will run for 30 seconds before going back to previous mode.
Charging the Colt-R™: Open the charge cap under the headlamp and connect the USB C terminal to the USB C Port (Image B). Connect the USB terminal to a standard USB power source to recharge the headlamp.
The charge indicator light will turn red while the battery recharges. The light will turn green when the battery is fully recharged. To ensure the battery is fully charged, charge your flashlight using a 5V/2A USB charging adapter and the included charging cable.

CHARGE TIME IS UP TO 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES Note:  Depending on the output of the socket used, the rate and length of charge may vary.
Police Security® ccannot be held responsible for any damage or accident caused by using an alternative charging source other than the USB charging cable supplied with
this product. Under optimum conditions and with a full charge, the Colt-R™ headlamp can be used for up to 3 hours.

CHARGE FULLY BEFORE FIRST USE

• A Li-polymer rechargeable battery has been factory installed in your Colt-R™.
• The rechargeable battery can be re-charged up to 500 times before a noticeable decrease in battery capacity.
• Only the included cable should be used to recharge your headlamp.
• Police Security® Flashlights is not responsible for any damage caused by using any other methods of charging.
• Do not charge in the vicinity of flammable liquids or materials.
• Always connect to power in a dry and suitable location.

Safety precautions:

• Only use AC USB charging adapters or an appropriate USB power outlet when charging the Colt-R”. Do not attempt to charge the Colt-R” with an incompatible adapter as this could result in a fire, damage to the Colt-R™ or personal injury.
• If the USB cable comes into contact with water, place in a dry location at room temperature, on a soft absorbent towel and alow to dry thoroughly Do not connect or operate the cable until it is completely free of moisture. Exposure to damp or wet  onditions could cause electrocution or damage to the headlamp.
• Do not charge in combination with any extension cord, electrical generators, or step-up transformers.

Care and Maintenance:

• Store the Blackout-R™ in a clean and dry area. The Blackout-R™ may also be stored in a vehicle for use in roadside emergencies. If kept in a vehicle, it is recommended that battery be recharged periodically to ensure maximum performance in an emergency. Keep in secure and safe place inside vehicle to prevent damage to headlamp and battery.
• To clean the Colt-R”, use soap and water on a soft cloth. Do not immerse or submerge any part of Colt-R™ in water or any other solvent. Never use solvents or cleaning agents containing petroleum (petrol, kerosene, oil), paint thinner, turpentine alcohol, or ammonia. Harsh materials like these can damage surfaces.
• All repairs should only be carried out by a qualified service personnel. Do not open exterior casing of the Colf-R™, as there are no user serviceable parts inside. Opening or visible attempts to open or repair the Colt-R” may cause damage to the product or personal injury. Under normal conditions, LED chips should not wear out and do not need fo be replaced. Warranty is negated if Colt-R™ exterior casing is opened.

| ● The lithium polymer battery is permanent and should not be removed for any reason.

● Do not attempt to replace the rechargeable battery that comes with the product. Using other batteries could cause spark, short circuit or over- heating.
● Never attempt to open the battery pack. Liquid ejected from batteries may cause irritations or burns.
● Fully charge the battery before use.
● Charge regularly for best battery life.
● Do not expose battery to fire or extreme heat.
● Never attempt to incinerate batteries as they may leak or explode.
● Under extreme conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery.
● If liquid comes in contact with the skin or eyes, immediately flush the affected nren with woter and ceek medienl attention

  This product contains a Li-polymer battery formulated from environmentally sensitive materials. This product must be disposed of properly with due care for the environment. Please return this product to your local recycling center for proper disposal.
