Product Usage Instructions
Installation
When installing the generator as a backup power source, ensure that the MEN
link cable is removed by a licensed electrician. The MEN link is located
underneath the alternator end cap and is clearly labelled.
Warranty Conditions
Under warranty, all parts will be repaired or replaced by the appointed
service agent if deemed a manufacturer defect. Proof of purchase is required
for warranty claims.
Maintenance
Prior to sending the generator for assessment or repair, ensure the battery is charged, oil levels are correct, spark plug is operational, and the generator has been serviced if used for more than 50 hours.
FAQ
What parts are limited by the warranty?
The stator, rotor, circuit breaker, ignition coil, spark plug, and battery
are limited by the warranty for out-of-box failures (less than 20 running
hours).
What voids the warranty?
The warranty is void if there is neglect in periodic maintenance as per the
manual, operating methods other than specified, overloading causing damage,
improper repairs or maintenance, normal wear and tear, incorrect installation
resulting in damage to components.

of reach of children in an outside bin

This generator is ed with a MEN link(yellow-green cable) cable, the neutral is internally bonded to the generator earth. When a licensed electrician is installing the generator to a building to be used as a backup power source, the MEN must be removed. The MEN link is located underneath the alternator end cap which is labelled to indicate its loca on. The MEN link cable is clearly labelled as “MEN link.”

Please Note the Following Terms & Condi ons.
Customer is required to return the generator to the store.
The generator will be repaired at no charge to the customer should the fault
be deemed a manufacturer defect only.
The approximate lead me for repairs is 14 – 21 working days from the me the
generator is received at the Maxwa Service Center.
A copy of the proof of purchase is required when returning the generator for
repairs. The warranty is null and void without a copy of proof of purchase.
NOTE: THE FOLLOWING IS EXCLUDED FROM THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY POLICY.
Neglect in the periodic maintenance as manual. Opera ng methods other than those manual. Overloading resul ng in the damage Alternator.
