PRE-USE & CLEANING

- Clean the inside and outside. Clean the inside with a solution of mild soap and warm water, especially before the very first use.
- To remove tough stains, use baking soda and water.
- Always clean after use, especially if used in a saltwater environment.
TIPS FOR THE BEST PERFORMANCE
PRE-CHILL YOUR COOLER
Remember, if your cooler is warm and if you don’t pre-chill it, the inside
will stay warm because the ICEWALL™ has excellent thermal insulation
performance!
GUIDE TO PRE-CHILL
Use one or two bags of ice, depending on your cooler size. Try to lower the
inside temperature as much as possible and keep it cold overnight.
Then, empty the cooler and load it up with cold or even frozen food and beverages that directly come from your refrigerator.
FILL YOUR COOLER WITH ICE
A minimum of 1/3 ice is needed. Actually for best results, you should try to
load up 2/3 ice of the total capacity.
JAM YOUR COOLER AS NEARLY FULL AS YOU CAN
You probably do not want any space inside the cooler because hot air will
easily comes in when open the lid. Leaving too much room for the air is going
to make the ice melt faster.
(Keep your cooler closed as always as possible when not in use.)
EXTRA TIPS

- When not in use, keep your cooler in a safe and dry location out of the sun, otherwise it will affect insulation performance;

- Do not drag your cooler on the ground;
- Do not keep your cooler in the water for more than 4 hours;
- Your cooler may fade over time as it’s exposed to the UV rays of the sun. This is a normal part of the wearing process and will not affect thermal insulation performance.

NOVOTO commits to quality and craftsmanship, all NOVOTO® products will be free from defects in workmanship workman and materials for their applicable Warranty Period, subject to the below conditions.
In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

only purchase from Novoto USA.
b. You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with
the product’s User Manual.
c. You must provide proof as to the date of purchase from Novoto USA.
d. If needed, you must return the product to Amazon for further
inspection of the product.
