USER MANUAL FOR T-TOP BOAT COVER

CAUTION:
If your boat is new or has recently changed to new boat accessories, it is not recommended to use this product within the first four weeks of ownership. Some compounds used in new boats can release gases that can cause the dyes in boat covers to transfer to the boat, potentially staining the boat or its components. Boat covers can be safely used after this introductory period.

INSTALLATION:
  1. Make sure the port side zipper is open (Fig. 1A). Drape your cover over your boat with the tapered end labelled FRONT END at the bow. Start at the bow and pull the cover towards the back on the starboard side of the tower.
  2. Wrap the cover around the tower and while pulling the zipper halves together, start closing the zipper approx. 12 inches.
  3. Standing inside the tower, line up and attach the webbing straps to the upper frame (Fig. 2A). Pull the top edge of the tower section upwards by tensioning the straps.
  4. Pull the zipper further down to the seam at the base of the tower.
  5. Pull the cover to align with bow and stern. Adjust placement as needed. Close the zipper all the way.
  6. Pull your cover below the rub rail around the entire boat.
  7. Locate the two stern straps with looped ends (fig 1C). Route the strap around a stationary poing on the stern of your boat and thread the clip through the loop at the end of the strap. Hook the clip end of the strap to the corresponding buckle socket on the cover. Repeat with the other stern strap.
  8. Included are 8 straps to secure your zenicham cover to your boat. First use of the 4 straps on the top of the cover, the metal ladder lock buckle need to be attached to the quick release straps as shown in Fig. 4. Failure to do this properly will result in the straps loosening during use.
  9. 4 of the straps connect over the top of the cover, and 4 connect around the bottom. This system allows the cover to be secure on your boat. This arrangement is shown in figure 5- The top of the cover is connected by 8 metal ladder locks, and the bottom of the cover is connected by 8 metal books.
  10. Cinch all straps tight and adjust their length as necessary to get a tight fit. If using while trailering, be sure to check cover for a secure fit after the first mile of driving.
CLEANING AND CARE:

Proper care will extend the life of your boat cover. If your boat cover becomes dirty it can be cleaned with Luke warm water and a soft brush. DO NOT USE SOAP – it can damage the protective coatings on your cover.

STORAGE:

Be sure your cover is completely dry before you store it for any extended period.

TRAILERING:

To use your Boat Cover when trailering you MUST use all the included straps—failure to do so will invalidate your warranty. – Be sure to check that all the straps are tight and firmly attached. After driving the first mile, stop and check your cover to ensure that all straps are secured correctly.
