B. Enter Omni One

1. Hold the headset in your hand or place it on your head before
   entering Omni One.

2. Grasp the green rubber grip on top of the vest for balance,
   step onto the base one foot at a time, and turn around.

3. Place your arms through the shoulder straps of the vest and
   pull the straps over your shoulders.

4. Pull the belt tightly across your waist and fasten the Velcro
   end.

5. Fasten the chest strap with the buckle and tighten it.

6. Press the shoulder button on your left shoulder strap to unlock
   the arm and base.

7. Flip the anti-slip pad of the overshoes up so that the black,
   low-friction side is visible at the bottom.

C. Put on the Headset

1. Long-press the POWER button for two seconds until the indicator
   turns blue.

2. Put on the headset and adjust the strap dial for a comfortable
   fit.

3. Play Mode & Boundary:

Select whether you’ll be using the headset inside Omni One (Omni
One mode) or outside Omni One (Roomscale mode). Draw a safety
boundary if not using Omni One to prevent collisions with
objects.

8-1. FIRST STEPS
A. Put on the Overshoes
Before entering Omni One, put on the Omni One Overshoes with the Foot Trackers inserted and turned on. The overshoes include an anti-slip mechanism that allows you to step safely onto the Omni One base and to step safely from the Omni One base onto the surrounding floor. To put on the Omni One Overshoes: 1. Insert your toes into the overshoes first, then pull the rear strap around your heel. 2. Stretch the top strap over your foot and buckle in. 3. When entering and exiting Omni One, flip the anti-slip pad down, so that the green anti-slip
leather is visible and exposed at the bottom of the overshoe.

Follow these steps when entering Omni One: 1. Hold the headset in your hand or place it on your head before entering Omni One. 2. Grasp the green rubber grip on top of the vest to steady your balance, step onto the base
one foot at a time, and then turn around.

4. Pull the belt tightly across your waist and fasten the Velcro end. 5. Fasten the chest strap with the buckle, and then tighten the chest strap.

6. When you are ready to begin playing, unlock the arm and base by pressing the shoulder button on your left shoulder strap.

Note: As a safety feature, when you take off the headset, the Omni One arm and base will automatically lock in position. To unlock, press the shoulder button.

Follow the instruction screens to complete your onboarding experience. The screens will take you through these important steps:
D. Play Mode & Boundary
Select whether you’ll be using the headset inside Omni One (“Omni One mode”) or outside Omni One (“Roomscale mode”). When not using Omni One, the headset will request that you draw a safety boundary in your room to prevent you from running into walls or other objects.
Note: To use the headset inside Omni One, you must select “Omni One mode” while standing on the base. If you select “Omni One mode” while standing outside Omni One, the center of your play area will not align with the center of Omni One, and your calibration in games will not be correct.
E. Interpupillary Distance (IPD) adjustment
An accurate IPD improves image quality and eases eyestrain. To set an accurate IPD, tap the “+” or “-” buttons to increase or decrease IPD until the image on the screen becomes clear.

F. Calibration
Before starting a game, you’ll be asked to calibrate Omni One. Calibration ensures that you move in the correct direction in games. To calibrate, press the HOME button for 2 seconds while looking and facing forward.

G. Software Update
After turning on the headset for the first time and connecting online, you will probably be prompted to perform a mandatory software update. This update might take some time. No shortcuts here, our apologies for the inconvenience!
H. “First Steps” Tutorial
In the final stage of your onboarding process, you’ll use the “First Steps” training exercise to learn how to walk on Omni One. You’ll even explore ancient ruins and roam the streets of Paris! All right, time to put these instructions away! Get onto Omni One and have fun!

9-1. DISASSEMBLY
To disassemble Omni One: 1. Unplug the power cable from the base. 2. Remove the controllers from the holsters. 3. Unclip the shoulder button and cable from the vest, and then remove the vest by pulling the
release lever and lifting up the vest.

4. Lower the arm to its lowest setting before removing it. Release the clamp at the base of the arm and lift the arm up (you may need to wiggle the base of the arm to release it).

5. Rest the arm on the floor and disconnect the cable by turning the knurled fitting counterclockwise and then pulling the cable out.

CAUTION
You must unplug Omni One’s power adaptor before disconnecting the arm cable. If you disconnect the arm cable while Omni One is powered on, you might damage sensitive components and void the warranty.
6. If you want to remove the step, raise the lid, locate the two pins in the back corners of the main compartment, press them inward, and then pull the step towards you.

10. MAINTENANCE

1. Before each use, remove dust from the Omni One base with the dusting towel.

2. Once a month, clean the Omni One base with the cleaning pad and EASY- WALKTM. Before applying EASY-WALKTM, first remove any dust with the dusting towel.

CAUTION
Use EASY-WALKTM sparingly. Apply just 1 spray each time to the center of the base, and then use the cleaning pad to spread a thin film of EASY-WALKTM evenly across the entire surface of the base. Excessive EASY-WALKTM will make your base too slippery.

Note: The front of the step can be used as a handle

to raise the base and wheel it into a new position. Use

12. LIMITED WARRANTY
Omni One Limited Warranty Statement
Virtuix Inc. (“Virtuix”) extends the following Limited Warranty, which applies only to noncommercial, in-home, indoor use of a new Omni One virtual reality treadmill (“Treadmill”) and related accessories sold directly by Virtuix (“Products”). Any other use of the Products shall void this Limited Warranty. During the applicable Limited Warranty periods described below, the covered components of the Products will be free of manufacturing defects during normal use. Certain exclusions apply, as further described in this Limited Warranty.
1. What is covered by this Limited Warranty?
The Limited Warranty applies for the following components of the Products only, for the time periods indicated. The Limited Warranty applies only against manufacturing defects discovered within the applicable Limited Warranty period.
TREADMILL COMPONENTS: 12 MONTHS
Virtuix warrants the original Treadmill components other than the plastic base and vest against defects in workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of original delivery. Inspect the Treadmill regularly for any damage, loose parts or other signs of wear and tear that could cause breakdowns or part failures. If any Treadmill components show signs of wear or damage, stop using the Treadmill immediately and contact Virtuix at [email protected].
TREADMILL BASE: 3 MONTHS
Virtuix warrants the plastic Treadmill base, whether included with the Treadmill or purchased separately, against defects in workmanship for a period of 3 months from the date of original delivery. The plastic Treadmill base is not warranted against normal wear and tear, and it is important that you maintain the base by following Omni One’s maintenance instructions, including but not limited to instructions for regularly cleaning the Treadmill base. Please refer to the Omni One manual on maintaining your base and other components, available on Virtuix’s website.

VEST: 3 MONTHS
Virtuix warrants the vest, whether included with the Treadmill or purchased separately, against defects in workmanship for a period of 3 months from the date of original delivery.
The vest is not warranted against normal wear and tear, and it is important that you inspect the vest regularly for any damage, loose parts or other signs of wear and tear that could cause breakdowns or part failures.
FOOTWEAR: 3 MONTHS
Virtuix warrants the Omni One footwear, whether included with the Treadmill or purchased separately, against defects in workmanship for a period of 3 months from the date of original delivery.
Footwear is not warranted against normal wear and tear. Any footwear that shows signs of wear or damaged parts should be removed immediately.
HEAD-MOUNTED DISPLAY AND HAND CONTROLLERS: 12 MONTHS
Virtuix warrants that the head-mounted display and hand controllers, whether included with the Treadmill or purchased separately, will, under normal and intended use, function substantially in accordance with their technical specifications and accompanying product documentation for a period of 12 months from the date of original delivery.
Sunlight or UV light exposure or other strong light sources can damage the screen of the headmounted display. The head-mounted display is not warranted against damage resulting from such exposure.
The head-mounted display and hand controllers are also not warranted against exposure to liquids, dampness or extreme thermal or environmental conditions, or deterioration of their cosmetic appearance due to normal wear and tear.
The following consumable parts of the head-mounted display and hand controllers are not covered by this Limited Warranty: AA batteries, wrist straps, face cushion, headband, earphone hole cap, lens spacer, mounting kit, mounting pad and protective coatings that are reasonably expected to diminish over time.

12. LIMITED WARRANTY

Exclusions and Limitations

1. Who is covered by this Limited Warranty?
a. The original owner of the Product. The Product must remain in the possession of the original purchaser, or, for a gifted Product, the owner of the original user account attached to that Product, and must remain in the country in which the Product was delivered. No warranty service will be provided outside of the country of original delivery of the Product. This Limited Warranty is not transferable.

2. What is NOT covered by this Limited Warranty?
This Limited Warranty does not apply to:
a. Any other Virtuix products or services not expressly referred to under the heading “What is covered by this Limited Warranty?” above, non-Virtuix products not approved in advance by Virtuix, Products that are, or that Virtuix reasonably believes to be, stolen, counterfeit, or purchased from an unauthorized distributor or reseller, Products purchased or used or located outside the country of original delivery of the Products, and units missing serial numbers.

b. Software, even if sold with or embedded in the Products (except to the extent required by applicable law), or internet connectivity. Virtuix does not warrant that the operation of the Products will be uninterrupted or error- free.

c. Data loss, including any damages or costs related to data recovery, removal, and installation. Virtuix does not warrant that it will be able to repair or replace the Products under this Limited Warranty without risk to or loss of information or data stored on the Products.

d. Damage or equipment failure due to normal wear and tear, improper or negligent assembly, maintenance, installation, relocation, or repair (other than in each case that is caused by a Virtuix authorized service technician), use of the Products with parts or accessories from third parties, or with parts or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the Products, or any use contrary to the instructions in the Omni One manual, the technical specifications or other published guidelines relating to the Products.

e. Damage or equipment failure due to outdoor use of the Products, exposure to liquids or sunlight, dampness or extreme thermal or environmental conditions or a rapid change in such conditions, corrosion or oxidation, and damage caused by sunlight or UV light exposure or other strong light sources.

f. Damage or equipment failure due to accident, abuse, improper or abnormal use, neglect,

discoloration of paint or plastic (or any other change in cosmetic appearance that does not

affect performance), theft, vandalism, fire, flood, wind, lightning, freezing or other natural disasters or acts of God of any kind, electrical wiring, power reduction, power fluctuation or power failure from whatever cause, unusual atmospheric conditions, collision, introduction of foreign objects, or modifications that are unauthorized or not recommended by Virtuix.
g. Incidental or consequential damages; or economic loss, loss of property or profits, or loss of enjoyment or use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Virtuix is not responsible or liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, economic loss, loss of property or profits, loss of enjoyment or use, or other consequential damages of any nature whatsoever in connection with the purchase, use, repair or maintenance of equipment or parts, and Virtuix will not provide monetary or other compensation for any such repairs or replacement parts costs, including but not limited to work time lost, cost of substitute equipment, diagnostic visits, maintenance visits or transportation.
h. Use of the Products for commercial purposes or for any use other than normal use in a single family or household.
i. Use of the Products outside of the country of original delivery of the Products.
j. Any attempt to move or repair products creates a risk of injury and property damage. Virtuix is not responsible or liable for any damage or injury incurred during, or as a result of, any move, repair or attempted repair of Products by anyone other than a Virtuix authorized service technician. All moves or repairs attempted by you or your agents are undertaken AT YOUR OWN RISK and Virtuix will have no liability for any injury to persons or property arising from such attempted moves or repairs.
3. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO TO MAKE A CLAIM UNDER THE LIMITED WARRANTY?
To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, you must, upon discovering any nonconformity or defect: 1. Cease using the Product
2. Provide the Virtuix support department with:
a. The serial number or order number of your Product (if applicable) b. A copy of the dated receipt, or other proof of purchase indicating the date purchased c. A description of the nonconformity or defect d. Photographs of the nonconformity or defect where they may assist the Virtuix support
department to assess the claim

12. LIMITED WARRANTY

Claims must be made within the specified warranty period.
4. What happens after you submit a claim?
a. If, within the applicable Limited Warranty period, a defect arises in a warranted component of a Product that is covered by this Limited Warranty and you submit a claim to Virtuix under this Limited Warranty, then without excluding, restricting or modifying any other rights to which you may be entitled under applicable laws, Virtuix will, at its option and as its sole obligation, either replace the defective or malfunctioning Product or component of the same or a comparable model, or repair it, or refund to you an amount equal to the remaining useful life of the Product (calculated as follows: the amount you paid for the Product, divided by the number of months of the Limited Warranty period of the Product, multiplied by the number of months remaining on the Limited Warranty period of the Product).
b. Any replacement or repaired component shall be warranted for the remainder of the original Limited Warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period that is required by applicable law. Where permitted by law, replacement units, parts and electronic components reconditioned to as-new condition by Virtuix or its vendors may sometimes be supplied as warranty replacement and constitute fulfillment of warranty terms. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
c. If a successful claim is made for a defect that is covered by this Limited Warranty within the Limited Warranty periods identified above, any shipping costs to return the relevant component to Virtuix or the cost of Virtuix collecting the relevant part(s) will be at Virtuix’s cost.
d. To the extent that the Products or component is capable of retaining user generated data, you should be aware that repairs may result in the loss of that data.
Any disputes between you and Virtuix related to this Limited Warranty or the Products will be governed by the then-current dispute resolution procedures in Virtuix’s Terms of Use, available at www.virtuix.com/terms-of-use.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability
The limited warranties provided herein are the exclusive warranties given by Virtuix and supersede any prior, contrary or additional representations, whether oral or written.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR 44 A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT THAT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCTS

You agree that the above limitations of liability together with the other provisions in this Limited Warranty that limit liability are essential terms of this Limited Warranty and that Virtuix would not be willing to grant you the rights set forth in this Limited Warranty but for your agreement to the above limitations of liability; you are agreeing to these limitations of liability to induce Virtuix to grant you the rights set forth in this Limited Warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty provides you with specific legal rights, but you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

La base de l’Omni One est très glissante. Engagez toujours le patin antidérapant de la chaussure Omni One avant de monter et de descendre de la base Omni One. Déclaration de garantie limitée Omni One
Virtuix Inc. (« Virtuix ») accorde la garantie limitée suivante, qui s’applique uniquement à l’utilisation non commerciale, à domicile, en intérieur, d’un nouveau tapis de course de réalité virtuelle Omni One (« Tapis de course ») et des accessoires connexes vendus directement par Virtuix (« Produits »). Toute autre utilisation des produits annule la présente garantie limitée. Pendant les périodes de garantie limitée applicables décrites ci- dessous, les composants couverts des Produits seront exempts de défauts de fabrication dans le cadre d’une utilisation normale. Inspecter régulièrement le tapis de course pour vérifier qu’il n’y a pas de dommages, de pièces détachées ou d’autres signes d’usure qui pourraient causer des pannes ou des défaillances. Si l’un des composants du tapis de course présente des signes d’usure ou de détérioration, cesser immédiatement d’utiliser le tapis de course et contacter Virtuix à l’adresse [email protected].
BASE DU TAPIS DE COURSE : 3 MOIS
Virtuix garantit la base en plastique du tapis de course, qu’elle soit incluse avec le tapis de course ou achetée séparément, contre les défauts de fabrication pendant une période de 3 mois à compter de la date de livraison initiale.
La base en plastique du tapis de course n’est pas garantie contre l’usure normale et il est important que vous entreteniez la base en suivant les instructions d’entretien de l’Omni One, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, les instructions concernant le nettoyage régulier de la base du tapis de course.

Virtuix garantit le gilet, qu’il soit inclus dans le tapis de course ou acheté séparément, contre tout défaut de fabrication pendant une période de 3 mois à compter de la date de livraison initiale.
Le gilet n’est pas garanti contre l’usure normale, et il est important d’inspecter régulièrement le gilet pour détecter tout dommage, pièce détachée ou autre signe d’usure qui pourrait causer des pannes ou des défaillances de pièces.
CHAUSSURES : 3 MOIS
Virtuix garantit les chaussures Omni One, qu’elles soient fournies avec le tapis de course ou achetées séparément, contre tout défaut de fabrication pendant une période de 3 mois à compter de la date de livraison initiale.
Les chaussures ne sont pas garanties contre l’usure normale. Toute chaussure présentant des signes d’usure ou des parties endommagées doit être retirée immédiatement.
ÉCRAN MONTÉ SUR LA TÊTE ET CONTRÔLEURS MANUELS : 12 MOIS
Virtuix garantit que l’écran monté sur la tête et les commandes manuelles, qu’ils soient inclus dans le tapis de course ou achetés séparément, fonctionneront, dans le cadre d’une utilisation normale et prévue, essentiellement conformément à leurs spécifications techniques et à la documentation produit qui les accompagne, pendant une période de 12 mois à compter de la date de livraison d’origine.
L’exposition à la lumière du soleil ou aux UV ou à d’autres sources de lumière intense peut endommager l’écran monté sur la tête. L’écran monté sur la tête n’est pas garanti contre les dommages résultant d’une telle exposition.
L’écran monté sur la tête et les commandes manuelles ne sont pas non plus garantis contre l’exposition à des liquides, à l’humidité ou à des conditions thermiques ou environnementales extrêmes, ni contre la détérioration de leur aspect cosmétique due à l’usure normale.
Les pièces consommables suivantes de l’écran monté sur la tête et des commandes manuelles ne sont pas couvertes par la présente garantie limitée : Les piles AA, les dragonnes, le coussin facial, le bandeau, le bouchon du trou de l’écouteur, la cale de l’objectif, le kit de montage, le tampon de montage et les revêtements protecteurs dont on peut raisonnablement s’attendre à ce qu’ils s’usent avec le temps.

Exclusions et limitations

1. Qui est couvert par la présente garantie limitée ?
a. Le propriétaire initial du produit. Le produit doit rester en possession de l’acheteur initial ou, dans le cas d’un produit cadeau, du propriétaire du compte d’utilisateur initial lié à ce produit, et doit rester dans le pays dans lequel le produit a été livré. Aucun service de garantie ne sera fourni en dehors du pays de livraison initiale du produit. La présente garantie limitée n’est pas transférable.

2. Qu’est-ce qui n’est PAS couvert par cette garantie limitée ?
La présente garantie limitée ne s’applique pas à :
a. Tout autre produit ou service de Virtuix non expressément mentionné sous le titre « Qu’estce qui est couvert par la présente Garantie limitée ? » ci- dessus, les produits non Virtuix non approuvés au préalable par Virtuix, les Produits qui sont, ou que Virtuix croit raisonnablement être, volés, contrefaits ou achetés auprès d’un distributeur ou revendeur non autorisé, les Produits achetés ou utilisés ou situés en dehors du pays de livraison d’origine des Produits, et les unités dont le numéro de série est manquant.

b. Les logiciels, même s’ils sont vendus avec les Produits ou intégrés à ceux- ci (sauf dans la mesure requise par la loi applicable), ou la connectivité Internet. Virtuix ne garantit pas que le fonctionnement des Produits sera ininterrompu ou exempt d’erreurs.

c. Perte de données, y compris tout dommage ou coût lié à la récupération, à la suppression et à l’installation des données. e. Dommages ou défaillances de l’équipement dus à l’utilisation extérieure des produits, à

l’exposition à des liquides ou à la lumière du soleil, à l’humidité ou à des conditions thermiques

ou environnementales extrêmes ou à un changement rapide de ces conditions, à la corrosion

ou à l’oxydation, et aux dommages causés par la lumière du soleil ou l’exposition à la lumière

f. Les dommages ou défaillances de l’équipement dus à un accident, un abus, une utilisation incorrecte ou anormale, une négligence, une décoloration de la peinture ou du plastique (ou toute autre modification de l’aspect cosmétique qui n’affecte pas les performances), un vol, un acte de vandalisme, un incendie, une inondation, le vent, la foudre, le gel ou d’autres catastrophes naturelles de quelque nature que ce soit, un câblage électrique, une réduction de puissance, une fluctuation de puissance ou une panne de puissance quelle qu’en soit la cause, des conditions atmosphériques inhabituelles, une collision, l’introduction de corps étrangers ou des modifications non autorisées ou non recommandées par Virtuix.
g. Les dommages accessoires ou indirects ; ou la perte économique, la perte de biens ou de profits, ou la perte de jouissance ou d’utilisation. Dans la mesure autorisée par la loi applicable, Virtuix n’est pas responsable des dommages indirects, spéciaux, accessoires ou consécutifs, des pertes économiques, des pertes de biens ou de bénéfices, des pertes de jouissance ou d’utilisation, ou d’autres dommages consécutifs de quelque nature que ce soit en rapport avec l’achat, l’utilisation, la réparation ou la maintenance de l’équipement ou des pièces, et Virtuix ne fournira pas de compensation monétaire ou autre pour de tels coûts de réparation ou de pièces de rechange, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, le temps de travail perdu, le coût de l’équipement de remplacement, les visites de diagnostic, les visites de maintenance ou le transport.
h. L’utilisation des Produits à des fins commerciales ou pour tout usage autre que l’usage normal dans une famille ou un foyer unique.
i. L’utilisation des produits en dehors du pays où ils ont été livrés à l’origine.
j. Toute tentative de déplacement ou de réparation des produits crée un risque de blessure et de dommage matériel. Virtuix n’est pas responsable des dommages ou blessures encourus pendant ou à la suite d’un déplacement, d’une réparation ou d’une tentative de réparation des produits par une personne autre qu’un technicien de service agréé par Virtuix. Tous les déplacements ou réparations tentés par vous ou vos agents sont effectués à VOS PROPRES RISQUES et Virtuix n’est pas responsable des dommages corporels ou matériels résultant de ces tentatives de déplacement ou de réparation.

Si, au cours de la période de garantie limitée applicable, un défaut survient dans un composant garanti d’un Produit couvert par la présente garantie limitée et que vous soumettez une réclamation à Virtuix en vertu de la présente garantie limitée, alors, sans exclure, restreindre ou modifier les autres droits auxquels vous pouvez prétendre en vertu des lois applicables, Virtuix, à son choix et à titre de seule obligation, remplacera le Produit ou le composant défectueux ou présentant un dysfonctionnement du même modèle ou d’un modèle comparable, ou le réparera, ou vous remboursera un montant égal à la durée de vie utile restante du Produit (calculée comme suit : le montant que vous avez payé pour le produit, divisé par le nombre de mois de la période de garantie limitée du produit, multiplié par le nombre de mois restants de la période de garantie limitée du produit).

b. Tout composant remplacé ou réparé est garanti pour le reste de la période de garantie limitée initiale ou pour 30 jours, la durée la plus longue étant retenue, ou pour toute période supplémentaire requise par la loi applicable. Lorsque la loi le permet, les unités de remplacement, les pièces et les composants électroniques reconditionnés à l’état neuf par Virtuix ou ses vendeurs peuvent parfois être fournis en remplacement de la garantie et constituer une exécution des conditions de la garantie. Les produits présentés pour réparation peuvent être remplacés par des produits remis à neuf du même type plutôt que d’être réparés. Des pièces remises à neuf peuvent être utilisées pour réparer les produits.

c. Si une réclamation réussie est faite pour un défaut couvert par la présente garantie limitée au cours des périodes de garantie limitée identifiées ci- dessus, tous les frais d’expédition pour renvoyer le composant concerné à Virtuix ou le coût de l’enlèvement par Virtuix de la ou des pièces concernées seront à la charge de Virtuix.

1. ¿Qué cubre esta Garantía Limitada?
La Garantía Limitada se aplica únicamente a los siguientes componentes de los Productos, durante los periodos indicados. La Garantía Limitada se aplica únicamente contra defectos de fabricación descubiertos dentro del período de Garantía Limitada aplicable.
COMPONENTES DE LA CINTA DE CORRER: 12 MESES
Virtuix garantiza los componentes originales de la cinta de correr que no sean la base de plástico y el chaleco contra defectos de fabricación durante un periodo de 12 meses a partir de la fecha de entrega original.
Inspeccione la cinta de correr regularmente para detectar cualquier daño, piezas sueltas u otros signos de desgaste que puedan causar averías o fallos de las piezas. Si alguno de los componentes de la cinta de correr muestra signos de desgaste o daños, deje de utilizarla inmediatamente y póngase en contacto con Virtuix en [email protected].
BASE DE LA CINTA DE CORRER: 3 MESES
Virtuix garantiza la base de plástico de la cinta de correr, tanto si se incluye con la cinta de correr como si se adquiere por separado, contra defectos de fabricación durante un periodo de 3 meses a partir de la fecha de entrega original.
La base de plástico de la cinta de correr no tiene garantía contra el desgaste normal, y es importante que la mantenga siguiendo las instrucciones de mantenimiento de Omni One, que incluyen, entre otras cosas, instrucciones para limpiar regularmente la base.

CHALECO: 3 MESES
Virtuix garantiza el chaleco, tanto si se incluye con la cinta de correr como si se adquiere por separado, contra defectos de fabricación durante un periodo de 3 meses a partir de la fecha de entrega original.
El chaleco no está garantizado contra el desgaste normal, y es importante que lo inspeccione regularmente para detectar cualquier daño, piezas sueltas u otros signos de desgaste que puedan causar averías o fallos de las piezas.
CALZADO: 3 MESES
Virtuix garantiza el calzado Omni One, tanto si se incluye con la cinta de correr como si se adquiere por separado, contra defectos de fabricación durante un periodo de 3 meses a partir de la fecha de entrega original.
El calzado no está garantizado contra el desgaste normal. Cualquier calzado que muestre signos de desgaste o piezas dañadas debe retirarse inmediatamente.
VISOR MONTADO EN LA CABEZA Y CONTROLADORES MANUALES: 12 MESES
Virtuix garantiza que el visor montado en la cabeza y los controladores manuales, ya sea que se incluyan con la cinta de correr o se compren por separado, funcionarán, en condiciones de uso normal y previsto, sustancialmente de acuerdo con sus especificaciones técnicas y la documentación de producto correspondiente, durante un período de 12 meses a partir de la fecha de entrega original.
La exposición a la luz solar o UV o a otras fuentes de luz intensa puede dañar la pantalla del visor montado en la cabeza. El visor montado en la cabeza no está garantizado contra los daños resultantes de dicha exposición.
El visor montado en la cabeza y los controladores manuales tampoco están garantizados contra la exposición a líquidos, humedad o condiciones térmicas o ambientales extremas, ni contra el deterioro de su aspecto estético debido al desgaste normal.
Las siguientes piezas consumibles del visor montado en la cabeza y los controladores manuales no están cubiertas por esta Garantía Limitada: baterías AA, correas de muñeca, almohadilla facial, diadema, tapa de agujero para auriculares, espaciador de lentes, kit de montaje, almohadilla de montaje y revestimientos protectores que se espera razonablemente que se desgasten con el tiempo.

13. GARANTÍA LIMITADA
Exclusiones y limitaciones
1. ¿Quién está cubierto por esta Garantía Limitada?
a. El propietario original del Producto. El Producto debe permanecer en posesión del comprador original o, en el caso de un Producto regalado, del propietario de la cuenta de usuario original asociada a dicho Producto, y debe permanecer en el país en el que se entregó el Producto. No se prestará servicio de garantía fuera del país de entrega original del Producto. Esta Garantía Limitada no es transferible.
2. ¿Qué NO cubre esta Garantía Limitada?
Esta Garantía Limitada no se aplica a: a. Cualquier otro producto o servicio de Virtuix no mencionado expresamente bajo
el encabezado “¿Qué cubre esta Garantía Limitada?” anteriormente, productos no pertenecientes a Virtuix no aprobados previamente por Virtuix, productos que sean, o que Virtuix razonablemente crea que son, robados, falsificados o comprados a un distribuidor o revendedor no autorizado, productos comprados, utilizados o ubicados fuera del país de entrega original de los productos, y unidades que carezcan de números de serie.
b. Software, aunque se venda con los Productos o esté integrado en ellos (salvo en la medida en que lo exija la legislación aplicable) o conectividad a Internet. Virtuix no garantiza que el funcionamiento de los Productos sea ininterrumpido o esté libre de errores.
c. Pérdida de datos, incluidos los daños o costos relacionados con la recuperación, eliminación e instalación de datos. Virtuix no garantiza que pueda reparar o sustituir los Productos bajo esta Garantía Limitada sin riesgo o pérdida de información o datos almacenados en los Productos.
d. Daños o fallos del equipo debidos al desgaste normal, a un montaje, mantenimiento, instalación, reubicación o reparación inadecuados o negligentes (que no sean causados en cada caso por un técnico de servicio autorizado de Virtuix), al uso de los Productos con piezas o accesorios de terceros, o con piezas o accesorios no destinados originalmente a los Productos o no compatibles con ellos, o a cualquier uso contrario a las instrucciones del manual del Omni One, las especificaciones técnicas u otras directrices publicadas relativas a los Productos.
e. Daños o fallos del equipo debidos al uso de los Productos al aire libre, exposición a líquidos o a la luz solar, humedad o condiciones térmicas o ambientales extremas o un cambio rápido de dichas condiciones, corrosión u oxidación, y daños causados por la luz solar o la exposición a la luz ultravioleta u otras fuentes de luz intensa.

f. Daños o fallos del equipo debidos a accidentes, abuso, uso inadecuado o anormal, negligencia, decoloración de la pintura o el plástico (o cualquier otro cambio en el aspecto estético que no afecte al rendimiento), robo, vandalismo, incendio, inundación, viento, rayos, heladas u otros desastres naturales o actos de fuerza mayor de cualquier tipo, cableado eléctrico, reducción de potencia, fluctuación de potencia o fallo de potencia por cualquier causa, condiciones atmosféricas inusuales, colisión, introducción de objetos extraños o modificaciones no autorizadas o no recomendadas por Virtuix.
g. Daños incidentales o consecuentes; o pérdida económica, pérdida de propiedad o beneficios, o pérdida de disfrute o uso. En la medida en que lo permita la legislación aplicable, Virtuix no se hace responsable de daños indirectos, especiales, incidentales o consecuentes, pérdidas económicas, pérdidas de bienes o beneficios, pérdidas de disfrute o uso u otros daños consecuentes de cualquier naturaleza relacionados con la compra, el uso, la reparación o el mantenimiento de equipos o piezas, y Virtuix no proporcionará compensación monetaria o de otro tipo por los costes de dichas reparaciones o piezas de repuesto, incluidos, entre otros, el tiempo de trabajo perdido, el coste de equipos de sustitución, las visitas de diagnóstico, las visitas de mantenimiento o el transporte.
h. Uso de los Productos con fines comerciales o para cualquier uso distinto del normal en una sola familia u hogar.
i. Uso de los Productos fuera del país de entrega original de los Productos.
j. Cualquier intento de mover o reparar los productos crea un riesgo de lesiones y daños materiales. Virtuix no es responsable ni asume responsabilidad por cualquier daño o lesión sufridos durante cualquier movimiento, reparación o intento de reparación de productos realizado por cualquier persona que no sea un técnico de servicio autorizado por Virtuix, o como resultado de estos. Todos los traslados o reparaciones realizados por usted o sus agentes se llevan a cabo BAJO SU PROPIO RIESGO y Virtuix no será responsable de los daños personales o materiales derivados de dichos traslados o reparaciones.

3. ¿QUÉ DEBE HACER PARA PRESENTAR UNA RECLAMACIÓN EN VIRTUD DE LA GARANTÍA LIMITADA?
Para presentar una reclamación en virtud de la presente Garantía Limitada, usted deberá, al descubrir cualquier falta de conformidad o defecto:
1. Dejar de utilizar el Producto

2. Proporcionar al departamento de soporte de Virtuix:

a. El número de serie o de pedido de su Producto (si procede)

b. Una copia del recibo fechado u otra prueba de compra que indique la fecha de compra

c. Una descripción de la falta de conformidad o del defecto
d. Fotografías de la falta de conformidad o del defecto que puedan ayudar al departamento de asistencia de Virtuix a evaluar la reclamación

Póngase en contacto con Virtuix si cree que necesita servicio en [email protected]. Las reclamaciones deben realizarse dentro del periodo de garantía especificado.

4. ¿Qué ocurre después de presentar una solicitud?
a. Si, dentro del período de Garantía Limitada aplicable, surge un defecto en un componente garantizado de un producto cubierto por esta Garantía Limitada y presenta un reclamo a Virtuix bajo esta Garantía Limitada, entonces, sin excluir, restringir ni modificar ningún otro derecho al que pueda tener derecho según las leyes aplicables, Virtuix, a su opción y como su única obligación, reemplazará el Producto o componente defectuoso o con mal funcionamiento por uno del mismo modelo o comparable, o lo reparará, o le reembolsará una cantidad igual a la vida útil restante del Producto (calculada de la siguiente manera: la cantidad que pagó por el Producto, dividida por el número de meses del período de Garantía Limitada del Producto, multiplicada por el número de meses restantes en el período de Garantía Limitada del Producto).
b. Cualquier componente reemplazado o reparado estará garantizado por el resto del período original de Garantía Limitada o 30 días, lo que sea más largo, o por cualquier período adicional que sea requerido por la ley aplicable. Cuando la ley lo permita, las unidades de repuesto, las piezas y los componentes electrónicos reacondicionados a su estado original por Virtuix o sus proveedores pueden suministrarse en ocasiones como sustitución en garantía y constituir el cumplimiento de los términos de la garantía. Los bienes presentados para reparación pueden ser sustituidos por bienes renovados del mismo tipo en lugar de ser reparados. Pueden utilizarse piezas reacondicionadas para reparar los productos.

c. Si se realiza una reclamación satisfactoria por un defecto cubierto por esta Garantía Limitada dentro de los periodos de Garantía Limitada identificados anteriormente, cualquier costo de envío para devolver el componente correspondiente a Virtuix o el costo de recogida por parte de Virtuix de la(s) pieza(s) correspondiente(s) correrá a cargo de Virtuix.

d. En la medida en que los Productos o componentes sean capaces de retener datos generados por el usuario, debe tener en cuenta que las reparaciones pueden provocar la pérdida de dichos datos.

Cualquier disputa entre usted y Virtuix relacionada con esta Garantía Limitada o con los

Productos se regirá por los procedimientos de resolución de disputas vigentes en ese momento

5. Exclusión de garantías, limitación de responsabilidad
Las garantías limitadas proporcionadas en este documento son las garantías exclusivas otorgadas por Virtuix y sustituyen a cualquier declaración anterior, contraria o adicional, ya sea oral o escrita.

CUALQUIER GARANTÍA IMPLÍCITA, INCLUIDA LA GARANTÍA DE COMERCIABILIDAD, IDONEIDAD PARA UN FIN DETERMINADO O TITULARIDAD Y NO INFRACCIÓN QUE SE APLIQUE A CUALQUIER PRODUCTO DESCRITO ANTERIORMENTE ESTÁ LIMITADA EN DURACIÓN A LOS PERIODOS DE GARANTÍAS EXPRESAS INDICADOS ANTERIORMENTE PARA ESOS MISMOS PRODUCTOS. VIRTUIX POR LA PRESENTE RENUNCIA Y EXCLUYE DICHAS GARANTÍAS EN LO SUCESIVO, SALVO EN LA MEDIDA EN QUE LO PROHÍBA LA LEY. VIRTUIX TAMBIÉN RECHAZA Y EXCLUYE TODAS LAS DEMÁS GARANTÍAS, EXPRESAS O IMPLÍCITAS, QUE SURJAN POR LEY O DE OTRO MODO, CON RESPECTO A CUALQUIER NO CONFORMIDAD O DEFECTO EN CUALQUIER PRODUCTO, INCLUIDOS, SIN LIMITACIÓN: (A) CUALQUIER OBLIGACIÓN, RESPONSABILIDAD, DERECHO, RECLAMACIÓN O RECURSO EXTRACONTRACTUAL, DERIVADO O NO DE LA NEGLIGENCIA DE VIRTUIX O DE SUS PROVEEDORES (YA SEA ACTIVA, PASIVA O IMPUTADA); Y (B) CUALQUIER OBLIGACIÓN, RESPONSABILIDAD, DERECHO, RECLAMACIÓN O RECURSO POR PÉRDIDA O DAÑO DE CUALQUIER EQUIPO.

Este descargo de responsabilidad y exención de responsabilidad se aplicará incluso si la garantía expresa establecida anteriormente incumple su propósito esencial e independientemente de si los daños se solicitan por incumplimiento de garantía, incumplimiento de contrato, negligencia o responsabilidad objetiva extracontractual o bajo cualquier otra teoría legal.

EN NINGÚN CASO, VIRTUIX, SUS PROVEEDORES DE SERVICIOS, EMPLEADOS, AGENTES,

OFICIALES O DIRECTORES SERÁN RESPONSABLES POR DAÑOS DE CUALQUIER TIPO, BAJO

CUALQUIER TEORÍA LEGAL, DERIVADOS O RELACIONADOS CON ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA

O LA COMPRA, USO, REPARACIÓN O MANTENIMIENTO DE EQUIPOS O PRODUCTOS,

INCLUYENDO DAÑOS DIRECTOS, INDIRECTOS, ESPECIALES, INCIDENTALES, CONSECUENTES,

PÉRDIDA ECONÓMICA, PÉRDIDA DE PROPIEDAD O GANANCIAS, PÉRDIDA DE DISFRUTE O USO,

O CUALQUIER OTRO DAÑO CONSECUENTE O PUNITIVO DE CUALQUIER NATURALEZA QUE

SEA. VIRTUIX NO SERÁ RESPONSABLE POR NINGÚN DAÑO O LESIÓN OCURRIDOS DURANTE, O

COMO RESULTADO DE, CUALQUIER REPARACIÓN O INTENTO DE REPARACIÓN DE PRODUCTOS

REALIZADO POR CUALQUIERA QUE NO SEA UN TÉCNICO AUTORIZADO DE VIRTUIX. LAS

LIMITACIONES ANTERIORES NO AFECTAN A NINGUNA RESPONSABILIDAD QUE NO PUEDA SER

EXCLUIDA O LIMITADA SEGÚN LA LEGISLACIÓN APLICABLE.

13. GARANTÍA LIMITADA
Usted acepta que las limitaciones de responsabilidad anteriores, junto con las demás disposiciones en esta Garantía Limitada que limitan la responsabilidad, son términos esenciales de esta Garantía Limitada y que Virtuix no estaría dispuesto a otorgarle los derechos establecidos en esta Garantía Limitada si no aceptara las limitaciones de responsabilidad anteriores; está aceptando estas limitaciones de responsabilidad para inducir a Virtuix a otorgarle los derechos establecidos en esta Garantía Limitada.
