When the transmitter cannot remotely control the receiver, please check whether the switch battery contacts are normal, whether the positive and negative poles are placed correctly, and whether the battery level is sufficient (if the signal light is dim; please replace the battery, both batteries must be of the same brand).

  1. When the transmitter cannot remotely control the receiver, please check if there are remote control products of the same frequency in the nearby area, and check if their transmitter buttons are pressed because transmitting remote control products of the same frequency at the same time can cause interference, affecting the effect of receiving incorrect commands. If the remote control function is ruled out, it will return to normal.
  2. Please do not place this product within the reach of children when using it
  3. This product has a fan power-off memory function, which automatically turns on the direction of the previous fan next time.
  4. Code learning operation: Within 1 minute of powering on, hold down “1H” and the light will flash, indicating successful code matching.
  5. When the remote control cannot be effectively controlled: Please check the battery. If it is not used for a long time, please remove the battery.
