Compatible Vehicles: Roof rack fit for Chevrolet Bolt EUV 2022-2024(Not
for Bolt EV )
NOTE: These crossbars are fit for flush rails and raised rails that have
fixed points. Not suitable for cars without rails.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Before installing, please check the the direction of crossbars.
Note: The direction can be confirmed by -
Select the front crossbar bracket (B) (Longer) and find the left front and right front clamp bracket (C).

Ensure the anti-scratch rubber pads(D): Install two anti-scratch rubber pads with an uneven thickness on the left and right directions of the front crossbar bracket, with the thicker side facing forward according to the arrow direction.

Use short bolts (G) and wrench (E) to fix installation brackets (C) to the front crossbar bracket (B).

When fixing brackets, you can adjust the installation bracket (C) according to the width of the roof before completely fixing it.

Attach the anti-scratch silicone pad (D) to the installation bracket (C).

The installation steps of the rear crossbar bracket (A) are the same as the front crossbar bracket (B). 8. Place the front and rear crossbar brackets between car roof rails.

Place a flat washer (H) onto the long bolt (F) and secure the installation.

Fix the brackets (C) to the fixed points of the roof rails by tightening the long bolts (F).

Ensure that the roof luggage rack is properly installed on the roofrails, and tighten all screws securely.

After installing the crossbar and brackets, shake each crossbar to ensure its firmness.
NOTE
- If your side rails do not have fixed holes, we suggest seeking professional assistance. Otherwise, we do not recommend using our roof luggage racks.
- Tighten the bolts securely to ensure a firmfixing.
- Store all accessories properly for future replacement.
Before Installation Needs To Know
- Read this instruction carefully before installation.
- Clean the roof and roof rails before installation.
- Operation of the vehicle with roof racks installed may cause a noticeable change in wind noise.
- The short bolt (G) may be directly installed onto the crossbar(A or B), but it needs to be removed first to install the bracket.
Load
- Check your owner’s instruction manual for maximum roof load capacity.
- On-road capacity = maximum roof load capacity – load carrier weight
- Off-road capacity road capacity /1.5
- The load may not significantly exceed the load carrier’s width, and it should always distributed evenly across the load carrier and with the lowest possible centre of gravity.
- Prepare specialized racks when carrying bikes, surfboards, kayaks, canoes, ski boards, and snowboards.
- When several surfboards are being carried, they should not be placed beside each other but instead one on top of the other.
- When carrying long items such as kayaks, canoes, and surfboards, these shall be secured both at the front and the rear of the vehicle.
- All loose or removable parts of the load should be taken off before loading.
- The load, s security should be checked after a short distance, and thereafter at suitable intervals. Tighten the load’s securing straps whenever necessary.
Driving
- Adapt your speed according to the load weight and the current driving conditions, such as road conditions, wind speed and direction, traffic conditions and applicable speed limits, do not exceed 120 km/h (75 mph) in any circumstances, and observe speed limits.
- Drive over speed bumps with 10 km/h (6 mph) maximum speed.
- The vehicle’s total height increases when loading, note and observe the height limits.
- The vehicle’s driving characteristics and braking performance change and its vulnerability to side winds increases when a load is carried on the roof.
- Check the tension of the load carrier frequently, especially when travelling on rough roads.
Maintenance
- Periodic check to ensure all hardware remains secure and tight.
- Roof racks must be removed before driving through an automatic car wash.
- Replace defective parts in time.
- When not in use, remove roof racks and store them safely.
- After removing the roof racks, re-install the factory covers, bolts, and clips.
