Intended Use
The appliance is intended for frothing and whisking milk, drinks, sauces, and other liquid foods. Only foodstuffs may be processed with this appliance. All other usages or modifications are regarded as contrary to the operating instructions and contain a great risk of accidents. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage(s) resulting from usage that is contrary to these instructions. Not for commercial use.

Safety Instructions
Caution Regarding Risk Of Injury!
- This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years old and over if they are supervised by an adult and have been told how to use the appliance safely and are aware of potential risks.
- Cleaning and maintenance may not be carried out by children unless they are 8 years old or older and are supervised.
- Children must not play with the appliance
- This appliance may be used by dependents if they are supervised and have been instructed how to use the appliance safely and have understood the potential risks.
- Do not open the appliance yourself (except the battery compartment). There is risk of injury if the appliance is not properly assembled.
Caution Regarding Batteries
Safety instructions for battery disposal:
- Do not throw batteries into fire. Do not recharge batteries. There is a risk of explosion and injury.
- Never open batteries and never solder or weld batteries. There is a risk of explosion and injury.
- Check the condition of batteries at regular intervals. Leaking batteries can cause damage to the appliance.
- If you do not intend to use this appliance for an extended period of time, remove the batteries.
- If the batteries leak, use protective gloves. Clean the battery compartment and the battery with a dry cloth and properly dispose of the leaking battery.
- Keep batteries out of children’s reach so they don’t consume them. If a battery is swallowed, medical assistance must be sought immediately.
Caution Regarding Appliance Damage!
- Avoid penetration by foreign objects
- Do not submerge the handle in water or other liquids. This will lead to irreparable damage to the appliance.
- The appliance must not be placed on hot surfaces.
- Never attempt to process solid foodstuffs with the appliance.
- Do not immerse the handle in water! Liquid must not be allowed to penetrate the handle.
Inserting/Replacing the Batteries
- Open the battery compartment.
- Align the negative polarity of the battery with the spring in the battery compartment and insert carefully to avoid damaging the spring-
- Insert the second battery into the battery compartment using the correct polarity. no
- Close the battery compartment. Ensure the battery compartment cover is firmly in place.
Note: When the performance of this appliance becomes noticeably weak, you will need to change the batteries.
Caution: Always use batteries of the same type, 1.5 V AA (LR6, Mignon), and never use a new battery and an old battery together.
Operating Instructions
- Fill a tall receptacle to about 1/3 of its volume with milk to be frothed. N
- Insert the Milk Frother into the receptacle, making sure the whisk is just above the bottom of the receptacle
- Press the On/Off button to start the whisk. Guide the frother in slow, circular movements.
- As soon as the milk froth starts forming, lift the milk frother slightly so it’s always in the froth layer.
- When the milk is frothy enough, press the On/Off button again to stop the whisk.
- Lift the Milk Frother out of the receptacle.
- Tip: when making hot milk froth, do not heat the milk to more than 140°F/60°C. otherwise the milk will not froth properly.
- Caution: Always make sure the Milk Frother is in OFF status when inserting the whisk into receptacle or before litting the whisk out of the liquid. Otherwise, liquid may spray everywhere.
- Warning: Don’t drop the Milk Frother or bend the shaft. Always place the milk frother on its stand carefully.
Cleaning
Caution Regarding Appliance Damage!
- Do not use any chemical, abrasive, or aggressive cleaning agents. These may damage the surfaces of the appliance
- Do not immerse the handle in water.
- Liquid must not be allowed to penetrate the handle. We recommend cleaning the appliance immediately after use. Dried-on residue can be very difficult to remove.
- Clean the whisk in mild soapy water. To do this, lower the steel whisk section into the washing water and press the On/ Off Button so that the whisk turns on. Press the On/Off Button again to switch off the whisk and rinse the whisk with clean, fresh water.
- NOTE If any dirty residue remain on the whisk, you can clean them off with a cloth or sponge.
- Clean the handle with a moist cloth. Use a mild detergent on the cloth for stubborn residues
Storage
Take the batteries out of the battery compartment if you intend to not use the Milk Frother for an extended period of time. Store the appliance at a clean and dry place.

Recipe Suggestions
Viennese Melange
- Pour about 125 ml of strong black coffee into a large cup.
- Froth up about 100 ml of milk and add as much milk froth as is needed to fill the cup to just below the rim.
- Depending on personal taste, you can add a little sugar
Marocchino
- Melt about a teaspoon of milk chocolate.
- Spread the melted chocolate onto the inside wall of a glass and pour in espresso.
- Make some milk froth and add 3 to 4 teaspoons of milk froth to the coffee.
- Sprinkle a little cocoa powder onto the milk froth.
Hot Chocolate
- Make some hot milk froth.
- Add cocoa or drinking chocolate powder to the milk and froth again.
- lfyou like, you can add a liqueur such as Amaretto.
Ice Chocolate
- Add some drinking chocolate powder or chocolate syrup to cold milk.
- Whisk the milk and chocolate mixture using the Milk Frother.
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Pour a little chocolate syrup over the ice cream.
Flavored Milk
- Add a little seedless jam or fruit syrup to some cold milk.
- Whisk the mixture using the Milk Frother.

Disposal of the appliance
- Under no circumstances should you dispose of the appliance in normal domestic waste. This product is subject to the provisions of European Directive 2012/19/
- Dispose of the appliance via an approved disposal company or your municipal waste facility. Please observe currently applicable regulations. Please contact your waste disposal center if you need any further information.
Disposal of batteries
- Used batteries may not be disposed of in household waste.
- All consumers are statutorily required to dispose of batteries at a collection point provided by their local municipality or retail store. The purpose of this obligation is to ensure batteries are disposed of in a non-polluting manner. Only dispose of batteries when they are fully discharged.
- The appliance’s packaging is made from environmentally friendly material and can be disposed of at your local recycling plant.
