PEXCO PVT® RETAIL FENCE PRODUCTS WARRANTY
This warranty covers any workmanship or material defects that occur within 15 years of the purchase date. This warranty does not include damages resulting from changes caused by improper installation; the use of improper chain link fence mesh, fittings or pipe; or alterations such as physical abuse, floods, fire, wind and acts of God. Under this warranty, Pexco’s obligation is limited to replacement of the defective PVT® Fence Slat material only.
Pexco is not responsible or liable for the reimbursement of removal or installation labor costs. If the PVT® Fence Slat has a defect in material or workmanship, the original consumer must notify the dealer from whom the material was purchased in writing, with a copy sent to Pexco LLC.
