Product Usage Instructions

Startup and Shutdown:
Startup: After powering on, short press the start button to start the machine. It will automatically heat up.
Shutdown: Press and hold the start button for 3 seconds to shut down the machine.

Auto Shutdown
The machine will automatically shut down if there is no operation within 60 minutes. To restart after auto shutdown:

1. In shutdown state, press and hold the start button for 6 seconds.
2. Turn the switch to select the required temperature unit.
3. Short press the start button to start the machine.

Parameter Setting

Temperature Setting:

1. Turn the display half a turn to the right.
2. Enter the temperature setting mode after a beep sound.
3. Turn the switch to the right to increase the temperature or left to reduce it.

Time Setting

1. Turn the display half a turn to the left.
2. Enter the time setting mode after a beep sound.
3. Turn the switch to the right to increase the time or left to reduce it.

Start Hot Stamping

1. Plug in the power cord and turn on the machine.
2. Short press the start button to start the machine.
3. Set printing temperature and time according to material type.

Hot Stamping Process

1. Ensure the machine reaches the set temperature before transfer printing.
2. Stick the picture on the mug.
3. Open the machine and place mugs in from left and right.
4. Press down the handle gently.
5. Press the countdown button to start countdown.

Pressure Adjustment

1. The pressure can be manually adjusted for different mug sizes by turning the handwheel.
2. Turn clockwise to increase pressure and counterclockwise to reduce it.

FAQ

• What should I do if the transferred pattern color is not as expected?
  Adjust the transfer time – increase if too light, decrease if too dark.

• How can I maintain pressure balance for different mug sizes?
  Try to keep pressure balanced on both sides by adjusting the handwheel accordingly.

USING INSTRUCTION

Startup

1. Make sure that the machine reaches the set temperature before transfer printing.

4. Put the mugs in from the left and right
5. Press down the handle

Tips

1. Increase the transfer time if the color of the transferred pattern is too light.

Pressure adjustment

1. The pressure can be adjusted manually for different sizes of mugs
2. Turn the handwheel clockwise to increase the pressure
3. Turn the handwheel counterclockwise to reduce the pressure
   Tips: Please try to keep the pressure balance at both sides.
