INSTRUCTION MANUAL
54342 PARTS CLEANER MACHINE WITH THERMOSTAT
PRODUCT’S PRESENTATION
Machine designed for perfect washing of dirty parts.
It includes a pneumatic gun to clean with solvent and can also be used to dry
the parts using compressed air.
Thanks to its closed cabin, the operator is completely protected from splashes
and odour of the solvent.
It has a thermostat with which you can adjust the temperature level of the
cleaning liquid and light inside the tank for better visualization.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The owner’s manual is a crucial resource for understanding product safety,
warnings, and precautions, as failure to follow could lead to personal injury
or property damage.
WARNING! Maintain a safe working environment by controlling bench
deviation, keeping work areas clean, keeping children away, using appropriate
tools, using organic cleaning solvent, and using protective gloves.
Before servicing or changing accessories, disconnect parts washer.
Make sure the heating switch is OFF before turning on the machine.
Do not activate the heating if the solvent volume is less than 8 liters.
Do not use the machine if the lid is open.
Do not use solvent which ignition temperature is lower than 120ºC.
Do not set the operating temperature above 50ºC.

ASSEMBLY
Put the tank on the floor.
Connect the 2 support legs to the tank cabinet using 4 M12 screws and flat
washers.
Attach the cross bar to the support legs using 2 M10 screws and flat washers.
Attach the adjustable feet to the bottom of the support legs.
Turn over the machine and adjust the height of adjustable feet.
OPERATION
Solvent adding
Open cabinet cover.
Add solvent through the web tray.
Note: Put 8 to 14 liters.
Compressed air connection
Connect the air compressor φ8 hose to the quick fitting at the bottom of the
cabinet.
Adjust appropriate air pressure based on the parts type you are washing.
Light and fan
Plug the parts washer machine to the electric power supply.
Press the Power Supply switch to turn on the light and activate the fan.
Solvent temperature setting
Press the OK button in the digital temperature controller.
Then, press the SET button.
Press the up/down buttons to adjust the temperature.
Heating activation
To heat the solvent, press the heating switch.
Cleaning
Put parts into the machine and close the cabinet.
Use the cleaning gun to wash and air drying.
Open the air valve. Press the gun trigger to expel the solvent. Finishing
Turn off heating.
Turn off the power supply.
MAINTENANCE
Disconnect power and compressed air before the maintenance.
Solvent Changing
Replace the solvent when needed.
Open the solvent drain valve to remove dirty solvent from the tank.
If you want to remove the entire tank, unscrew the screw at the bottom of the
tank.
Clean the solvent filter screen regularly.
TROUBLESHOOTING CHART
