Egloo Camera
Quick guide for Registration
Before getting started
- You can download the EGLOO App for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Sign up & Log in
- If you don’t have an account, please tap “sign up” to create the account using your email address.
- After signing up, please log in with your account.
Registering device
- Please tap the “Register Device” + icon to start
Adding Device
- Please select the device you want to install.
Camera registration
- Before starting camera registration, you can proceed after watching the video.
- If finish watching the video, please move to the Wi-Fi router with the camera.
- Please connect power, tap “Next” button if you see a red LED on the camera.
Check the status of the camera
- When you hear the installation message from the camera and the white LED starts to flicker, please tap the “Next” button
Enter Wi-Fi password
- Please enter the correct Wi-Fi password
- Please enter capital, small letters, and special characters correctly.
Connect smartphone to Camera
Android Phone
- Please tap “Wi-Fi settings”, move to the Wi-Fi list
- Please select “EGLOO_CAM_XXXX* from Wi-FI List
- The “Internet may not be available” message will appear. This means that the connection is done successfully. After this message appears, please ignore it and proceed
iPhone
- Please move to Wi-Fi list using the Background
- Please select “EGLOO_CAM_XXXX” from Wi-Fi
- You’re not getting any messages. Please proceed to install
Go to the ‘Select camera’
- Android Phone us the Back but so ick to i camed page on No.6
iPhone
If “EGLOO_CAM_XXXX* Wi-Fi connection is completed, use “Background feature on
iPhone” to go back to the “Select camera” page on No.6
Connecting to server
- Please wait until the camera gets connected to the server
- When it’s done, it will proceed to the next step automatically
Select Service
- Please enter the device name and select the recording storage method. You can select between Cloud service and SD card recording.
Cloud Recording
- Please enjoy safe Egloo cloud service.
[Special benefit]
Once you have registered your device, you can check the one-month free cloud
service on the registration completion page. When the free period ends, it
automatically changes to the SD card storage mode.
Select the camera, and Enjoy!
