Product Usage Instructions
Connecting the Device:
Connect the phone cord to either phone port on the back of the unit and plug the other end into a wall outlet to power the unit.
Making a Test Call:
- Press and hold the red SOS button on the base station or the button on the pendant to make a test call to the monitoring station.
Getting Help:
- To summon help, simply press the help button on the device.
- Professionally trained operators will assist you with emergency services.
Hanging Up or Canceling:
To hang up or cancel a call, press and hold the SOS button on the base station for 3 seconds.
Monitoring Battery Life:
Press the pendant once a month to monitor the battery life. A low battery alert will be sent to the monitoring center when needed.
Other Options:
There is an ON/OFF switch on the back of the unit that provides different functionality based on its position.
- Option One (ON position): Initiates an SOS alert when the red SOS button is pressed.
- Option Two (OFF position): Acts as a check-in button for scheduled check-ins with the central station.

- Q: How often should I test the device?
- A: The device should be tested at least once a month by pressing the help button and speaking with the monitoring station.
- Q: What happens if the pendant battery is low?
- A: The device will send a low battery alert to the monitoring center to ensure timely replacement.

- Press and hold the SOS button on the base station for 3 seconds to hang up the call or cancel dialing.
Other Functions
- The device can send a silent periodic test signal to check phone line status every 7 days.
- When pendant battery is low, it can send a low battery alert to let the monitoring center Know.
- You must press your pendant once a month to monitor battery life of the pendant.
Other Options
Please note the ON/OFF switch on the back of the unit
- Option One: Switch in the ON position
- When the switch on the back is in the ON position, the red SOS button on the top of
- The unit is pressed, an SOS Alert will be initiated and help will come on the line.
- Option Two: Switch in the OFF position
- When the switch on the back is in the OFF position, the red button on the top of the unit
- Is then registered as a check in button. This option is for the user to press the button by a designated time of day to initiate a “check in” to the central station. If button is not Pressed by the designated time, the central station will then attempt to call the user and ensure they are safe.
